I stayed Thanksgiving weekend. My room was beautiful. It had a balcony overlooking the lake. The morning nature walks were very relaxing and beautiful. The hotel service was poor. The food was not properly warm, Salad was soaked in dressing and therefore it was soggy. The Spa was terrible! I never relaxed the entire 80 minutes. The therapist hands were cold! The room was chilly, I asked the therapist "are you cold"? She said yes. This was the worse spa I ever had. After the session, I left immediately. The four seasons in Nevis is truly 5-star. I also recently stayed at The Ritz Carlton in Charlotte and it was 5-star.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the Lake. Excellent on premises restaurant and bar and easy walk to many Austin area favorites. The bar on the first floor at street level is a great place to stop for a drink and enjoy the beautiful sunset on the lake. The appetizers and drinks at the bar are top quality, as you would expect.

This is my second stay in a Four Seasons hotel in Texas, and it was very pleasant. The staff made it a great experience. There was a stain and some dirt marks on the mattress in my room, and when I informed the front desk they wasted no time in moving me to a different room, apologizing profusely, and got housekeeping in that room to clean it immediately. Service like that mean more to me than a mistake or upsetting situation in a hotel. It can literally change everything for the better in terms of Vacation comfortability and enjoyment. I would love to stay here again.

Loved the location, walkable to restaurants, shopping, comedy clubs, museums, and nature walking trails. ||Always greeted by the Door Attendants. (Special thanks to George and his team) . ||Front Desk, Joey was very helpful with our reservation and room accommodations. Again, many thanks and to his colleague Sophia. ||Love, Love, Love the Fig scent as you walk into the lobby. I was able to purchase a candle from the Spa with the same scent. ||The Spa lobby was a little small did not offer too much of a selection of retail items to purchase, maybe it was a good thing for me.||Large gym with quality workout equipment. |(Special thanks to the Director of Rooms, Anja) for her thoughtfulness and assistance during our stay.||Knowledgeable Concierge Team. Special thanks to Ian for his restaurant suggestions. ||Oak Bar - Good Menu for late night snacks. Live music was ok a little too loud at times. Appreciated waiters attentiveness. Received very good service from Zoe. ||Housekeeping service was very good. ||Overall a wonderful stay, exceptional service from the staff.||Thank you!

There is so much in STORE....when you stay at the "FOUR" Austin! This property truly does take you through all four seasons! Spring and Summer, you can sit outside on the balcony with a cocktail, a meal and fans to keep you cool. In the Fall and Winter, you can sit outside with a cocktail, a meal and a fire pit to keep you warm! Lol. Don't forget live music Thurs-Sat, to give the perfect backdrop for any networking situation. ||The rooms are 'four season' certified cleaned (no dust ever) and room service goes above and beyond to honor your request. ||Rates can be high. Drinks are expensive. But you get what you pay for....and that is undisputed here. If you enjoy luxury hotels, you will enjoy this property and look forward to your next stay! - J

Every care was taken to make sure I was happy, the staff went so above and beyond every step of the way.

Really so thankful for everyone that was a part of my stay, especially Tara Parker who took the extra step to make my time that much more special.

We arrived with the hopes of enjoying the pool as it’s one of our favorite things to do when visiting a four seasons location , we ended up staying in the room as the pool was rather small and packed. It’s definitely more of a conference hotel . We loved the outdoors yard area with the games and it was nice how close it was to the river and trails. Service was great otherwise, we usually enjoy the spa amenities but it was just a steam room. Overall it’s nice and clean and cozy perfect for a travel trip.

Excellent service and very clean rooms. Also very clean gym and spa area. Beds were comfortable too. One of my favorite hotels in Austin, right on the river. Would definitely stay again.
