Just done my kitchen and bathroom. It look great. Clyde kitchen in start visited my home. I didn't have any concern as they were individually brilliant. My kitchen and bathroom were finished in a week and both looking amazing.

Everything started well. We were so excited. 7-10 days and we would have the kitchen of our dreams. Unfortunately throughout the experience that's not what happened. The wrong sizes were ordered by the boss. We were lied to about a sink, being told they had sourced one when it was the ex display we were getting, only came clean when it was damaged trying to remove it from the display. Behind the fridge there is a space for a 'blank' socket that is lying bare with wires exposed. We wanted an 'island' with a granite work top. This was not listened to and when asked about it as we had not been consulted on choice of colour etc we were told they thought it was a chopping board we wanted. It was ordered and it is the wrong size. It should have an edge that hangs over but it just meets the base and no more. The wrong edges were polished. When the final edge was polished this has left us with a cambered edge next to work to that everything falls into. The whole process took 8 weeks to finally complete (we still have wires exposed at the back of the fridge) but I'm glad they've gone. Initially we had said we would get our bathroom done with them but I honestly wouldn't go near them again.....and wouldn't recommend them. It's not a cheap purchase. We went from them being really excited to we can't be bothered in a short space of time. We suggested £700 compensation but the most they would go to was £350. We cut our loses to end it. Never again!!

Thank you Clyde kitchens for our beautiful kitchen. Cameron the design /sales person was so good explaining the full process, and Sharon phoning us every night to make sure we were happy with the work. Marshall and Craig were fantastic workers can't praise them enough from ripping out the old kitchen an tiling to installing the new kitchen. Brilliant workmanship never any mess and took away all the old kitchen when the job was done. Thanks Guys.

I recently had my bathroom redone by Clyde kitchens.

The quality of products used are amazing, we do love them! . However the most important part to our experience is due their experienced fitter Scott. After we had some issues he literally went above and beyond for us, to ensure he personally resolved all issues that arose.

Scott, who is a very experienced fitter he was amazing, very committed, engaging, and trustworthy which goes along way in customer experience and the tradesman world.

We had a great end to end experience due to his hard work as he worked tirelessly to complete our beautiful new bathroom and even when little issues popped up he was there to answer his phone listen and help.

We would highly recommend because of our experience with Scott and Stephan.

Scott is an excellent tradesman, very professional and it’s clear he really values giving great customer experience.

Just had both my kitchen and bathroom sorted by Clyde and I am thrilled. The whole process from design to installation wasexcellent, and what could have been a stressful process was easy. If I had any issues, they were dealt with promptly and effectively. Loved the daily calls from the office too, I felt well looked after. Many thanks all at Clyde.

Picked them to do our kitchen were told 1/2 weeks took nearly 3 weeks on last day the day was rushed and never came back to finish off had to get someone in to finish snagging job also put my sink in wrong place all they want is your money up front

Cannot fault my new kitchen from Clyde Kitchens. We visited the showroom and planned our kitchen with the help of Jack who was brilliant, making helpful suggestions and was more than happy to make small changes to the design as we went through the process. The kitchen was then delivered a few days before installation by Stevie who did a wonderful job and went the extra mile coming back out at a later date to fit the flooring after we were let down by the suppliers, and even popping round on a bank holiday weekend to fix a small leak under the sink.
Absolutely delighted with the finished work.

Had kitchen nightmare avoid this company at all costs . You pay in full up front . The main thing we wanted was a cubicle for the boiler . It just didn’t happen . Poor quality units . … and it was not cheap .
