I stayed at the hotel for my 37th wedding anniversary. The front desk check in process was very smooth. The front desk manager Eddie was nice enough to offer me a complimentary upgrade to the third level of the Arden wing (great quiet room). The welcome cookie was much appreciated! We didn’t have time for breakfast but did have dinner, the service again amazing. Anetha our server was so kind and attentive. Although we didn’t request housekeeping service, when we would request extra towels we got them fairly quickly. On day of check out we requested a late check out as we had a later flight, Andrea in guest services was nice enough to offer a late check out at 2pm. This was extremely helpful. We will definitely be back to this location!

My family stayed at the hotel a few days ago and I have to say I really enjoyed the service and the security guard made us feel very safe and secure. We were afraid to leave our things in the car but security gave us his word that he would patrol the parking lot and make sure our things were safe. The guard did just that we seen him patrolling throughout the night. The front desk and housekeeping were great also. We will be back soon.

Stayed at the DoubleTree while in town for an event and had a pleasant experience. The facilities were clean and spacious and look newly renovated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great central location, right across from a major shopping center. Less hassle than staying downtown. And I can't leave a review without mentioning the delicious cookies!

My friends and I came to Sacramento for the Imaginarium event at Cal Expo and stayed here since it's close to the event and had the best time! The front desk gave us their good old classic cookie and were so nice! The room was so big which helped since we had 4 girls all staying there. I've stayed here in the past but haven't been back since they did the renovation and I was pleasantly surprised by the bright and fresh feel. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in the area!

After reading previous reviews I was concerned when our Association booked the Doubletree for our conference.|I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is going through a massive renovation and the rooms and public areas are brand new. I really enjoyed the landscaping around the hotel.|Every staff member was pleasant and helpful.|I didn't use the restaurant but the catering for our meeting was excellent.|I would definitely stay here again.

It's been a while since I've been to the Double Tree in Sacramento and I'm amazed with the changes! I heard that they renovated recently and it definitely shows. It looks almost brand new now! The lobby is very nice and chic and the rooms are so comfortable. I thought they upgraded me or something, but it was just their standard room. It didn't feel standard! I'm definitely impressed and will come back again.

Found it important to share to offer the opportunity for others to just book at Hilton Sacramento Arden West instead. Save yourself a headache.

Placed in a wing during an adult-only event without being informed. People walking around freely unclothed, smoking, loud all night. I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. Overnight staff was WONDERFUL! But dayside left more to be desired and the management was conveniently "unavailable" at time of check out. Was told I would receive a 10% discount, did not receive. Never received a call back from management. Hotel in disarray. Coworkers booked at the Hilton Sacramento Arden West and had a vastly different experience. It is very close and shouldn't put you out of your way.

No action. Did not feel valued as a customer. Completed a review received via email, received the following message:
