Billy is extremely professional and helpful. He is very friendly and explains everything thoroughly and in a way that is easy to understand. He is always there to help if you need any additional guidance, is very efficient and reliable and deals with everything in a calm manner. His ideas were excellent and he ensured that the planning process for our building works ran very smoothly. I cannot recommend Billy highly enough. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Used for the garage conversion/ extension to our house.

Billy was excellent, he guided us through the whole process including getting the required planning permissions and completion certificate. He provided the designs and gave us advice and ideas as to what we could do. Also arranged for estimates from builders to allow us to decide who to employ for the work.

We engaged him to oversee the work and he carried out regular checks with the builders.

All in all a great service and highly recommend.

Billy provided great help, advice and ideas when we first approached him about an extension. We have all loved our new living space.

Billy listened to what we were wanting to achieve and gave us a number of different options with his drawings. He took time going through everything until we had exactly what we were looking for.

Billy helped lots with different building warrant and building queries and was always willing to provide good advice throughout the whole project.

We as a family have loved the extra space and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Billy to others. If we ever move (or decide on another project here) we will be in touch!

We contacted I line design about getting the drawings for a two storey extension. Billy gave us good ideas on the project and provided us multiple different drawings of the extension for us to visualise different looks. Would recommend I line design for anyone looking for a knowledgeable Architect.
