An amazing stay as always. Impeccable service and spotless rooms. The hotel is very diligent about acknowledging Ambassador Elites and providing the proper benefits. From the time you enter the lobby and hear Igor the piano player playing a mood of service and elegance is set. The afternoon tea, which we try and have at least once during each stay, was great as we have come to expect again topped off with the piano player in the background. I know that this is an older hotel that lacks some of the amenities that newer establishments like the Peninsula have but we feel it more that makes up for those things with service and attention to detail.

Grosvenor House Suites is located in the Mayfair area of London - which at this time of year is doubly beautiful as Hyde Park’s trees start turning brown. Surrounded by architecturally stunning mansions and upper-end shoppes, the Suites luxury factor fits right in. But what set it apart from other places was the service. From the moment we walked in Robert and his concierge staff were immediately taking charge to make sure we would start relaxing after a long day of travel. Christina and Christian in the Front Lobby attended to all our needs and instead of making us wait at their counter, they showed us to a confortable seating area, brought us drinks and then checked us in. Truely a great start. But I have to mention the House Suite’s restaurant and staff. Our waiter Juran was kind, efficient attentive and a joy to talk with - which I apologize to his boss if we kept him a little too long at our table. The Breakfast menu attends to several palates and everything we ordered during our 11 day stay was served hot and fresh. I think I ate more Shakshuka at House Suites than I have in three years. Ultimately the suites are comfortable and clean. Housekeeping never let us down and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you to all those we failed to mention. We’ll see you in the future! Didn't stay at the hotel but attended an event here at the ballroom. Run really well considering the event had 1,300 guests and all the food was served within a 45 minute window. The staff were great with food allergies too. Facilities were clean and well maintained.

Went for the evening to the grand ballroom.
Beautiful place, staff very efficient and obliging. Food was excellent ( especially when you think about how many they served, maybe 1000 people). Entertainment very good, house band kept everyone happy.

Our stay at the JW Marriott London was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism and efficiency of the staff were impressive. A special thanks to Jessica, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who made us feel warmly welcomed at check-in, and to Herlyn at the lobby restaurant, whose exceptional service and attention to detail made our dining experience unforgettable. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. We had a wonderful stay and eagerly look forward to returning.

Wow what an afternoon tea treat! We were warmly welcomed to the Park Room to the sound of a quintessential pianist playing.
The service was very attentive but never over imposing our waiter Saiful was great at explaining the menu, making wonderful recommendations and was such a friendly host.
The afternoon tea itself was the flower fair theme and everything lived up the magical beauty of it. Before the main event we were served a sorbet to cleanse the pallet and two open sandwiches!
The actual afternoon tea was served beautifully. The sandwiches were lovely, only criticism would be a little light on the filling, the scones were freshly baked to perfection and dare I say the best I’ve had in my life! And the pastries were as beautiful as they looked. I did have to question if they were to share because despite there being 2 of us we only got one of each pastry (it was more than enough as was very rich and tasty). Our server very kindly gave us some extra pastries to take home as I said my daughter would have loved them! This was such a lovely touch and completely unexpected.
All in all we were blown away by it - would highly recommend it to any afternoon tea lover!
