She was professional, responsive, so pleasant, completely dependable, and always made me feel like she had all the time in the world to help me make important design decisions. She took my rough vision and made it a reality that by far exceeded my expectations. The value she added in ideas for how to use various spaces in the kitchen was tremendous. We implemented many of them and they were absolutely correct.
