This is the second time we have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cocoa Beach. We are Cocoa Beach locals and wanted a safe place to stay during the recent hurricane. The hotel was updated in 2021 and features impact resistant windows, etc. The staff was very understanding, helpful, and so upbeat. The bar and restaurant were open when we arrived and the vibe made it feel like we didn't have a hurricane coming by. Rooms are remodeled, vinyl floors, super clean, mattresses and pillows as well as linens were very comfortable. My husband slept through the night even with 75mph winds outside. Although they lost power the morning after, the entire staff was there and offered free breakfast for all the guests. Location is perfect, just across the street from a shopping plaza, and of course ocean front. So, if you are just coming on vacation or have other needs, this is the place to be.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was delicious. Food was really good! Direct walk to the beach was great and pool area was clean and had plenty of chairs. The little shoppette had a good selection of food/drinks. There's a Starbucks in the lobby too. Close to all the touristy things.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. The restaurant, inside bar, outside bar, and staff were excellent. The rooms were a little dated but overall great! I'd recommend this location. The beachfront had a chair and umbrella rental that was $40 and taken up at 4:30.

We chose this hotel for the first two nights of our holiday before embarking on a cruise, anticipating a comfortable and restful stay. Unfortunately, our experience fell significantly short of expectations.||Firstly, the air conditioning unit in our ocean-view room and outside was excessively noisy, making it impossible to use during the night. This disrupted our sleep on both nights of our stay. ||Furthermore, on Sunday morning, we were disturbed by construction work which lasted all day. The sound of drilling and other loud noises, along with the workers using the only functional elevator to transport tools and materials, made it difficult to relax.||The rooms and especially the bathrooms need to be updated. The coffee machine in the room looked to be from the 80's and the coffee provided was horrible. Good job there was a Starbucks in the lobby!||The pool also posed an issue, as I noticed a strong, unpleasant odour on my skin after using it. This deterred me from using the pool again during our stay.||Lastly, while most of the staff were courteous, we encountered an unfortunate experience with one of the bar staff members who appeared miserable, unfriendly and unhelpful. In contrast, Shannon and the waitress who assisted us during dinner went above and beyond, providing exceptional service.||The food in the Starlite restaurant was really good for dinner but a huge disappointment for breakfast. ||Overall, we were quite disappointed with our stay and, unfortunately, it has affected our perception of the hotel. While we understand that certain issues are beyond anyone’s control, the cumulative effect of these problems made for a less-than-ideal experience

Hotel was a bit run down. They are doing renovations and only have 1 working elevator. Wish that had been on the website. Not sure why they are charging premium rates during this. Paths to the beach need some work. Awesome pool and deck. Showers for the beach amazing customer service!!

Great location for viewing the Launches! Rooms are clean and well kept. The pool and bar area is very chill. I don't like the fact that you can't bring your own drinks to the pool you have to purchase them from the pool bar and it's very expensive.

The hotel is very clean, we were in a king suite with partial ocean view, I wish it had been a longer stay, plenty of room. There was a blip at check in however it was quickly fixed, the staff is great. I highly recommend this hotel! You can't ask for better beach access. Extremely family friendly, there is a life size chess set and arcade for the kiddo's.

The hotel sits on the beach, and access to it is less than 5 minutes from the hotel room! The room itself has a mini refrigerator and a microwave. It has an onsite restaurant and their food is delicious! There is a decent size pool, an arcade room, and a human size chess game! Wake up early, walk to the beach, and capture the most spectacular sunrises ❣️ Guest services are kind and professional. I will be back!!!
