Excellent location, stayed with a travel group. |Very clean suites, loved this hotel. The attention to detail really showed. |There were constriction staff on sight updating areas of the hotel. That was nice to see. The carpet in my room needed updating but I found the room very clean and well equipped. |Excellent breakfast each day. There is an open atrium down the middle of the hotel with the rooms all around the atrium. I thought I may hear noise from the bar or smell the food from breakfast but that was not the case. Very quite. The hotel is location right next to a busy freeway, some noise from traffic, but not bad.|We’re erecting offered 2 free drinks during happy hour, I choose not to take the drinks. The liquor ordered I do not drink, if I wanted to upgrade the drink I would pay full price. I thought that was a bit odd. The happy hour appetizers were not the true appetizers, we were offered celery, broccoli and dip, potato chips, trail mix and another type of chip mix. The expectation given to us by our tour guide and not the hotel was the appetizers were hot and we could make a meal of it. That is not the case, per our tor guide things have changed since coivd.||Excellent stay and I would go back.

I loved the hotel. I would have given it 5 stars but I just couldn't. Being that I'm disabled and the only rooms left were disabled which was a good thing for me there was no disability parking left not one day out of the five days we were there we had walk up the hill. my husband has a hard time too but thankfully he did drop me off at the door they're just isn't enough parking at all. The room was super hot no matter how you tried to cool it it just wouldn't cool down but the atrium was freezing. And the food constantly ran out we ended up going out too eat for breakfast a couple days which defeats the purpose. Now for the good. The hotel is beautiful the people are nice very courteous. The pool was nice and warm not overly cold and the hot tub was an amazing treat. We had plenty of space to move around in the room which was comfortable one of the most. Comfortable beds I've slept in until builders were being noisy which I expected but not at 8am just me..

Great hotel for a great price. Staff was amazing hotel very clean. Well maintained local bar restaurant is great prices. I personally thought everything here was pretty top notch. Would recommend and will return.

Clean and fresh room, the location not far from the Airforce academy, The free drinks are always good the only mark down was for years gone by the mgr reception was a great variety of items, very lacking these day, but its that way all over the map. And we stay with them a lot. So thats a corporate ding not this location. Great breakfast that hasnt changed.

Property has a few miles on it, but still a pleasant experience. Free breakfasts are outstanding, esp. the omelet station! Support for a multi-day event, including dinners, was excellent.
Staff pleasant & professional. I reported a minor problem w/1 of 2 TVs, emphasizing it was 1 we wouldn't be watching, so attention could wait until we checked out. Was fixed same day!
Excellent experience @ bar & restaurant. No lunch available. Happy hour is 2-drink max/day w/very light snacks in lobby.
Being so close to I-25, avoid rooms on parallel east side due to traffic noise.

Not really as nice as we expected.
We had reserved a king suite with a balcony with view. What we got was a view of the parking lot and a non useable balcony. The suite was big enough but the bathroom was tiny. Bad lighting throughout the hotel and the bathroom was moldy in the tub / shower area, it had clumps of dust in the ceiling area where the yellow vents were and dirt and grime on the floors in all the corners. The shower rod was broken and curtains wouldn't close. The overall room smelled a little funky and for 200 a night, this was just not what I expected. There are several other hotels right in the same area that seemed would have been a better pick for us. The pictures just make the hotel look way better than it was. Guest laundry was a mystery to find, it's actually on floor two despite the misleading signs on the 4th floor. There was no water pressure when flushing the toilet for some reason. The guest services workers were great and friendly.

An Antarctic organization I am a member of had our reunion at the hotel. One surprise I had was that it was a few miles from the airport thus the Uber ride was a bit pricy. The ES is situated with several other large hotels so there must be a reason for its location. ||The check in was very easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. I received the room I had requested a second-floor king bed. The room was well set up with refrigerator, microwave, safe and a good bathroom with shower and tub. It was a suite with separate bedroom and room to entertain in the living room. The room was a bit dated, but everything was fine, and I found it very comfortable. ||The hotel is structured with a large indoor courtyard which I really like versus the standard long hallways. It could get a little noisy in the courtyard area, but you didn't hear much inside the room.||The hotel is dated but is to undergo an entire renovation in the next year or so. I didn't use the restaurant or bar, but they looked good. Our reunion was a great success and a big reason for that was the friendly and professional hotel staff||One thing you might not get out of the hotel information is the fact that it sits very close to a fantastic hiking trail. It's wide with plenty of signage and I enjoyed my walks there immensely. I enjoyed my stay and would certainly return.

Amazing and friendly staff that helped me out. The location is really nice next and next to the i-25 freeway. Easy to get to get to other places. The only complaint that I had with the room was that the AC did not get that cold. However, the room was clean, spacious, and very nice. It had a desk, couch, and kitchen area, no stove but full-size sink.
