I recently stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton in Greenwood Village and had a great experience overall. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the ADA room I stayed in was very comfortable, with a large roll-in shower that made my stay much easier. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my visit.

However, I found the layout for ADA access between the room and the convention meeting room a bit confusing. It could definitely be more streamlined for better accessibility.

Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel for both business and family stays. The hotel features two pools, including one indoors, and a 24-hour gym. Although the gym is a bit small, it’s well-maintained and available anytime. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable and accessible stay!

Bed is passable and that is about the only positive thing I can say about this place. Pillows and sheets are cheap. Room is cheap and not kept well. Peeling paint, broken light fixtures, fire code violations with fixtures blocking sprinklers, broken curtain rods, carpet I was unwilling to walk on barefoot, and a thermostat that does work was what I found inside. The mini fridge barely worked and ruined several of the items I put in there. There is a SINGLE microwave in a random hallway but with policies such as “no outside food or drink,” they make you feel like a criminal in their lobby. Staff is rude, dismissive, judgmental, argumentative, and unhelpful. They wouldn’t even give me a receipt for my stay detailing the charges. My company requires booking stays through a third party system (like Expedia) and they said that because they didn’t charge my credit card, they couldn’t give me a receipt for anything. I travel a minimum of 4 times a month and regularly stay at Hilton properties and have NEVER had an issues getting a receipt. I even stayed at another Hilton property 2 days after checking out of this hotel and got a receipt like a normal business transaction. There is some shady business going on at this place for sure. The man at the front desk who checked me in rolled his eyes at me several times when I asked him to repeat himself because I was exhausted after traveling all day and couldn’t hear him over the two other employees chatting away at the front desk. They acted like they were annoyed I was there every time I went to the front desk to ask for something. They said they charged for parking and then gave me a piece of paper with the words “parking permit” written on it. So unprofessional. When I went to check out, the woman at the front desk yelled at me for asking for a receipt. When I simply asked for an email address of someone I could speak to after leaving, her co-worker started yelling at me, too. I left in tears. I emailed the “front office manager,” Drew, who was dismissive, unhelpful, and condescending in his replies. They held an event in the lobby one of the nights I was there and set up the buffet the day before the event, leaving some of the trays of food out in the lobby for more than 24 hours. That’s unsanitary and a clear health code violation. Will not be staying here again and would not EVER recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The young man at the counter when we checked in was condescending and seemed to be unable to explain the various charges. We were unable to get any understandable information from him. The next morning we returned to the front desk to see if we could get some answers to our questions. We spoke with a young woman who was excellent and addressed all of our concerns. All of the other staff members we had contact with were excellent. Our stay was comfortable.

Loved our stay!!! Let's start with Jake checking us in on Thursday, he was amazing, polite, professional, just overall awesome! On rechecked in on Friday under a separate reservation and the agent was so sweet and accommodating, I enjoyed chatting with her! (didn't write down her name) Moving on to our dinner in Zink and having Morgan as our server! She was just absolutely perfect, friendly, efficient and fun! Jane was setting up a buffet in the hallway and I was intrigued because am an Event Manager for Hilton, so I stopped to chat and admire the setup, she was fantastic to speak with and so helpful that she actually went to get me the book where your equipment was ordered from! Tybor (I hope spelling is correct) took care of our family for 4 nights, he was sociable, remembered everyone's drinks and engaging! The morning breakfast servers were wonderful too, had a great chat with Beverly who when I said we had to check out on Sunday and move to another Hilton because you were sold out, she said " are you sure, I can call the Front Desk for you"!! Thats top notch service and a valuable ambassador! The coffee shop lady on Friday was awesome too! The housekeeper on Wednesday afternoon on floor 2 was so nice and friendly! WOW is all I can say great team and I will definitely stay at your location on my next trip to Denver!

I stayed at the DoubleTree on Saturday 11/09 for a concert held onsite.

I was so excited about the convenience of staying at the venue.

The hotel was nice, clean and surprisingly quiet considering the very loud crowd and concert.

Everything about the event was great. Security was thorough and there was local police onsite.

I had a really great time and enjoyed myself right up until 9:00am on Sunday.

As I was leisurely laying in the bed, completely nude, housekeeping entered the room without warning. No knock. No tap. No vocalization. She just came in.

I understand wanting to clean the room but checkout is at 11 - a full 2 hours later than she came in - so it’s reasonable to assume I’m still occupying the room. And I was.

I was extremely surprised to find her entering so I was startled and yelled at her to get out. She did not appreciate that and went in the room directly next to me and began slamming doors and items around. I was able to get a short video of this after I put clothes on.

When we went to find management we were informed there was no management onsite on Sundays.

This is not Days Inn. It’s not Motel 6. This is a Hilton property and a higher level of service is expected. Although it was not received.

My privacy and sense of security were absolutely violated by a member of the staff and there was no manager available to address my concerns. The desk attendant did offer cookies…

As a woman, this is a huge safety concern. Any staff having access to rooms should at the very least announce their intent.

Because of this, I can’t say that I had a great stay or that I would be comfortable to stay there again.

Guest safety and security should be of utmost importance. Unfortunately that’s not the case at this property.

This hotel has a beautiful lobby and central bar/restaurant area. It's older and has been renovated which makes for a very nice feel. The staff is amazing, kind, and extremely polite. Our only complaint is the rooms aren't the best, the A/C didn't work properly in of our rooms, and the bathroom sink faucet was broken and twisted weird when you tried turning the water on. The wallpaper was peeled up as well. It was in the rooms that you could tell the age of this hotel and that it was older and had been renovated. Overall, not a bad experience and would stay here again. It is a great place to stay if you're attending a concert at Fiddler's Green, as it's only a mile from the venue.

Our flight got in late so by the time we got to the hotel it was literally 10:30 pm. The clerk at the desk was sitting there on the phone and just ignoring us. When he finally hung up the phone he was rude in inviting us over and acted like we were a big problem for him. I tried to turn the conversation around with some small talk and the negativity and the brass nature of the clerk never changed. It was honestly some of the worst customer service I've experienced and completely disappointing for such a prestige hotel. After just going through the conversation I then asked the clerk if there was any chance that we were able to get late check out the next day since we were checking in so late. He stated that he could only give us 30 minutes until 12:30 simply because we were not premier members of the hotel and they reserved late checkouts and special favors for those clients. We literally just went to the room and ended the conversation just trying to lay our head on the pillow and enjoy the suite. The decorations and the layout were wonderful but there was mold in the shower, and remnants from somebody's bathroom duty still on the sides of the toilet. One of the most disappointing experiences we've had both in service and in cleanliness.
