I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Omni! Perfect location! Near the school campus, several restaurants around, Whole Foods was a quick walk away, the lake was also a walk away, and a great shopping plaza with plenty of stores.
The staff, including valet staff, were amazing and very friendly. The hotel lobby smelled delightful. My room was very nice and comfortable. Oh, and the views ?.
I will definitely be back.

I normally go Westin, but wanted to give the Omni a try AND it’s exceptionally better.

It was a father daughter weekend and the staff arranged macaroons and a card.

Rooms are new, fresh. I’d recommend a sound machine to help w traffic noise. I always bring it and never need to worry about traffic. Which it is a bit noisy.

Perfect spot to walk around and plenty of shop and eats nearby. Parlour Donuts and Voodoo a quick drive.

The hotel feels like home from the moment you check in. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and quaint. I love the retro refrigerator. And the bench with hooks to hang up a jacket was a great touch. And the robes! I think I will definitely be purchasing one. I am sorry I didn’t this time, it was som comfy. I couldn’t wait to get in my robe and relax. The shower was also a plus. Relaxing and refreshing after work or to get your day started. Beds and pillows are so comfy you don’t want to get up. Food is great, I good variety and great price point.

We had an incident where we had to find a hotel room for the night after being evacuated from our apartment and the Omni staff was so helpful and understanding. They were very very accommodating and Will and Bree were so nice. I would absolutely recommend a stay at this Omni to my friends and family as I know that they would be taken care of for sure. 10/10 would book a stay with them again. Thank you Omni of Tempe staff.

The Omni Tempe is a fantastic, new property. Rooms are large and very well appointed. For a "big box" hotel, the staff is wonderful - it is obvious they have put a lot of emphasis on finding "people people." While interior design is mostly standard beige and light blue, there are special ASU touches that provide a sense of place. The rooftop restaurant offers spectacular views of the sunset and the surrounding valley. I would highly recommend as an easily accessible option when visiting the Phoenix area.

Couldn’t say more good things about the Omni! We have stayed there, hosted multiple meetings and also eaten at the restaurant/bar for after work gatherings. The staff is fantastic-kind, helpful and caring about anything we needed. Thoroughly enjoy working with them to plan events and have felt very attended to as a guest. Easy walking distance to so many other restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.

The property is very nice and in a good location. The only issue we had was noise. We were in room 925 and the street noise was quite loud and compromised our sleep even with a background noise app on our phone. If we stay here again we will make certain our room does not face the busy streets. Other than that very nice property. Service at front desk was unremarkable - valet staff exceptional.

The hotel is nice and clean but receptionists are not attentive to the customer I bought two robes and it was so frustrating; finding out the price, waiting to actually get the item to finally not having a bag to carry two big robes. I tried to visit the bar but there was absolutely no one on the floor only two bartenders behind the bar and the place was packed.
