I am a lifetime Marriott Bonvay member and have never experience such poor service in all of my travels. I have traveled all over the world (often booking stays at Marriott properties) and recently stayed at this location to attend a weekend event. There was no hot water available for 2 days and no housekeeping service made available. We were not informed of the housekeeping service process until at check out. We were informed at that time by the manager that our stay would be comped for 1 night due to the inconveniences. The manager did however apologize for not informing us of the housekeeping process. However, 2 weeks after our stay, I called back to inquire about the 1 night comp and the lady on duty I spoke to on 11/20/24 was extremely rude and frankly unprofessional. I would think that with all that I have invested in my worldly travel that surely this location would be the most friendliest. I usually do not post less than stellar reviews on social media. However, while my experience/stay at this location was not optimal - I only hope that after reading this review that future travelers take heed and carefully consider making a decision to stay at TownePlace Suites Charlotte Fort Mill location. Service in our opinion was poor and the front desk staff on 11/20/24 was extremely unpleasant.

This is our new hotspot when we are working on this particular side of the Charlotte area.

Absolutely adore the staff. They’re very friendly and we love that Marriott are pet friendly and have never ran in any problems or difficulties.

This is a huge part of my initial decision-making factor.

This location, especially and the others more than live up to thatadvertised “pet friendly” possession.

The rooms are usually always very clean and the mattresses and comforters are extremely high-quality.

Really happy and we have stayed at this particular location. I believe more than five times and will be staying there even this week and in the coming weeks.

The prices are right on point, parking is a little tight.

Parking is an issue for me because I pull large trucks and trailers .

I would say there’s no problem with parking if you are in a regular vehicle or SUV.

I wanted to make sure that I clarified that is not everybody pulls trucks and trailers.

Very clean and very nice. The breakfast in the morning is surprisingly very nice and always on point & stocked from my experience.

I 101% endorsed this place and I’ve gotten many many good nights of good nights sleep with no problems or inconveniences.

Great place to stay you will enjoy it and be happy with the decision of choosing this location.

I will post some more pictures of the grounds, lobby, breakfast area, lounge, etc.

I also want to point out that there is a very large and adequate laundry area and very nice workout room.

Not one thing can I say whatsoever and that is a beautiful thing. Couldn’t be more happy with my experiences.

Great stay!. The hotel was fresh and clean, the staff was friendly, and the location is just a short drive to anywhere. It's a really good value at a really good hotel. The location is quiet, but just a short drive to night life at Balyntine. If you need them, there are supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance or snacks and drinks available at the front desk.

This is a great hotel. The hotel is fresh and modern. The rooms are all modern, clean and spacious. They have kitchen amenities and a full refrigerator.

The staff is very polite. The location is convenient as it is right on the state border of NC and SC.

The pool area is small, but looks nice. The parking lot is small, but there is enough parking.

I would absolutely like to stay here again if I ever come back to the area.

The rooms were better than expected. The service was lacking. We had multiple guest that used the same room on different nights of the week. The Hotel would not clean the rooms between each guest. This service was previously arranged and then ignored.

Loved it! Clean, new, nice atmosphere and the best coffee! Great tree lined boulevard for walking behind the hotel. We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting on the comfy outdoor furniture outside. Will stay here again.

The App has stopped letting me alter my name in the account for booking a room. My wife has her name on the account. Trying to check in the person at the front desk refused to let me check in, with the same credit card it booked under, my wife and I same address, phone number email account everything. My wife was unavailable to reach due to a meeting. Lady was extremely rude. Canceled the reservation. Won’t go back. I’m a titanium member.

The hotel was in a perfect location for me, and the people were terrific. The breakfast offering was very good with good variety. My only issue was that the kitchen was poorly equipped with few utensils and pots that should be discarded.
