The food is amazing, the staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you with any problems. The view of the city is breath taking during the day and night. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There are multiple pools and hot tubs for use. They have a work out room for guest use and a spay(sadly did not get a chance to try).

Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms were clean, and they straightened them up and made the beds every morning. My team ordered breakfast in the morning, and everything we ordered was delicious. Our server went out of her way to ensure I was happy. She even made me a custom chocolate milk just the way I like it. And she always had a smile. I did not eat dinner here, but I did visit the bar. I was surprised with their whiskey selection. They even had some harder-to-find bourbons. An expansive grounds with numerous pools, hot tubs, volleyball and tennis courts. A true resort. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The pool area was beautiful and the food exceeded expectations, with plenty of delicious options. Bolen at check-in was really helpful and made the process smooth. The room service staff were incredibly polite and attentive, adding to the overall great service. The only small issue was the Wi-Fi, which wasn’t working well, but it didn’t impact our stay much.

Noting like sitting in a hot tub under the stars next to a waterfall. The hot tubs are built into the cliffs and they are beautiful. The pools are lovely and quiet. The people who work here are fabulous and kind and helpful. The renovated rooms are comfortable and tastefully done. This place is a gem.||No, this is not the fanciest resort I have ever stayed in- the people who are complaining should also mention that the price is less than half of the fancier resorts in the area.

Amazing customer service,Ryan Ho at the front desk provided incredibly great and kind service. This hotel has a ton of potential. Seems like they’re still working on a few things. The pool and outdoor area is simply amazing. Great views from the rooms and the bar/restaurant. Top of rock restaurant was better than expected. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for a large 100-person meeting. The meeting rooms and catering were great. The front desk gets 1-star. They're fine people who are not well-trained and not responsive. It was a two-star experience in a space that could have been 5-stars if they trained their staff better and taught people to be customer oriented.
The catering staff was excellent. They are well-trained and responsive. They went above and beyond, to not only serve good food but were responsive when our people asked for something. They also THOUGHT AHEAD about what they could do to make their service better. Nicely done.
The front desk staff needs some help.
Rooms were OK. Nothing special. Noisy. Too spread out. Could have better housekeeping.
In addition, they billed my credit card without sending a receipt. I have no idea what these charges are for. Poor management and terrible customer service.

This is our fifth time in AZ, this hotel outdoor decorations is the cutest in area, but the room are so old and dirty, from towel to corner. Without open windows all I feel is dust inside my breast.
Second, the outdoors hot tubs pool temperature is warm around 80°F, so cold if you just sit without moving.
Update: we changed the room, so much better.

This review is for their conference facility only as I didn’t stay in the hotel but went there for a conference. Spacious meeting rooms though they got too cold for me at times. There are areas to sit, work and plug your devices. Restrooms were clean. Drinks , refreshments and meals were good- loved their breakfast juices . I also got to eat at their lounge. Service was great and it was nice to sit and relax and look outside.
