This hotel isn’t bad, but it should be better for the price. First, we paid for a king bed and they gave us two queens instead. The hotel key never worked in the garage like they said, which is annoying given self parking is $45 per night. And the Hilton app digital room key was very glitchy, getting me stuck in the elevator repeatedly. Plus, they have sales people roaming the common areas trying to sell you vacation packages. I’ve definitely had much better hotel experiences for a comparable price.

The hotel is nice enough, but despite the room rate being upwards.of £500 per night on some nights, they still charge you over $40 every day to use the spa. I am really disappointed this is not included given the high prices. Doesn't feel like good value...also the resort fee seems to be justified by giving us tokens for 1hr hire of a kayak or 1hr bike hire... I doubt they get used very often...

Melanie made us feel quite welcomed, greeting us with a warm and friendly smile. She set the stage for a wonderful experience. Food was good and Oscar was very attentive. The entire team was pleasant and accommodating. The weather was beautiful and shading was provide with the outside umbrella. The outside seating was very enjoyable with other patrons and laughter was had by all.

I stayed last week at the Bayfront for six nights. One of the highlights was meeting Mel in the restaurant and having her warm and friendly greeting over and over again. I consider us pals. And also she answered a number of my obscure questions. I loved the location with easy access to the ocean and the embarcadero walkway. Not to mention the pelicans. My room was great and regularly cleaned and I enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you.

Rooms are not good for the price you pay. Our rooms A/C was not working, as it was stuffy when we first walked in. Additionally, the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. We set the thermostat down as low as it could go (it said it was at 68 which was clearly incorrect) and still slept poorly from being very hot all night. Find a better hotel with nicer rooms, cheaper parking & more walkable areas.

The hotel is great. Complementary upgrades to higher floors and better views for Diamond members if available. Jane at the front desk was great and had outstanding customer service skills. She was friendly and accommodating to our needs. Thank you Jane!

Ich war hier für eine Konferenz. Das Hilton liegt sehr zentral direkt am Wasser und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Convention Center. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und bietet ein schönes Restaurant und eine angenehme Loungebar. Viele Restaurants im Gaslight District sind fußläufig erreichbar.|Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

The hotel was great. We had a beautiful corner room with a view of the bay and the city. The hotel service was great and Jane at the front desk was amazing. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant tasted great and the presentation was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.
