My experience was mixed. When I arrived my room had clearly only been spot cleaned for months. The bathroom needed a deep clean and there was some staining on the carpet. Otherwise it was a great experience. Easy to book. Easy check in. Friendly and informative staff. They were able to accommodate a longer stay. Location for me was further away than needed (but was based on price compared to other areas and was great!). Other than deep cleaning the rooms my only other trivial complaint was not having an info book in the room about the hotel itself. It would be nice to have a map with something other than an evacuation route.

Positive: The location is great and the hotel is clean. Pool area is nice as well. We like that they give you a free cookie at check in. We will back back for sure. Negative: Some rooms have a walk in shower which is really nice but we had a standard shower/tub and the water kept backing up. This does not happen in walkins.

The hotel was great. The room was spacious, clean, just what I needed to get away for the night & relax. Check-in was quick. My room was even ready early. Tony @ the bar was attentive, & knowledgeable of the menu items. The margarita, & doubletree double were wonderful. Cooper @ the on-site resturant was a great help in letting me know what the options were & getting me settled. Will definitely be staying here again & recommending this hotel to my friends, & family.

We stayed for 2 weeks after moving to the area. We got great rates! The hotel itself was nice and it a great location. My daughter enjoyed swimming at the pool. The staff were friendly, helpful, and extremely nice. However, our room carpet was very very dirty. You could see the dark dirty spots, and my toddlers feet would be black/dirty on the bottom after running around for a few hours in the room. I would have to wash her feet before bed. I wore indoor slippers myself. They also got very dirty. The rest of the room was clean, even the beds were fresh and clean. I just recommend a good carpet cleaning. Very sticky.

I booked a group of rooms here for an event that we hosted at the hotel as well. Jan (group coordinator) was incredibly kind, friendly, accommodating, and made us feel valued. Brit & Marge also were very helpful and made sure we had our room block organized and our catering/event needs taken care of. |We were impressed at the quality of food served for the event and appreciate all the care the Hilton team gave us!

Went for a birthday trip stayed Friday-Tuesday was an awesome experience. The hotel was big a room was perfect excellent staff and friendly. Pool was nice and wasn’t too crowded. The breakfast was great and I only ate dinner there once but it was the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time

What a lovely oasis this was from the desert heat. The lobby is beautiful and cool and makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter. The breakfast cafe was efficient and had delicious food and teas. The staff was also helpful to us as out-of-town visitors, and the cookies were a nice treat when we checked it.

I stayed here for two nights. Great views, amazing staffs. We didn’t face any issues during our stay.Would definitely come back.
