We recently retired to a beautiful condo on the beach, however my furniture was dated and very traditional. I wanted a lighter, brighter, more “beachy” look. Mandie worked with us to achieve just such a space. It’s bright, beachy, but with a touch of sophistication! We are delighted with it.
Mandie will go out of her way to get you just the look you want. Would definitely recommend MLR Designs.

Great design with implementation is really not a DIY job!
It is absolutely worth hiring someone that can bring to life what you envision. That person for us was Mandie! Mandie spent a lot of time asking us what we wanted and why. She was able to discern what we hoped to achieve. Mandie worked around our trouble areas and through design elements, color, texture, fabrics, lighting, layering, scale and accessories, Mandie gave us a very peaceful, serene and beautiful bedroom. Mandie’s design, and her ability to work with vendors, gave us a room that is a sanctuary. It was fun and easy to work with her and we were delighted with the results.

I had a large essentially 2 room space between our garage entry and kitchen that we utilized as a laundry room and space for our freezer. It had a lot of storage, but the storage was awkward and I knew a professional could design the space to be more functional for my specific needs (laundry, freezer, food preservation, lots of storage for small appliances as well as home canned goods and bulk groceries). Mandie did a great job creating a space that was both functional and beautiful, on a reasonable budget. She did a great job, first with the design, suggesting and sourcing products, and arranging the construction. The folks she arranged to do the construction were fabulous, with great attention to detail.
