A typical three-star hotel, but with stellar six star service. Lauren, Natasha, Mike and the rest were absolutely wonderful. So friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was average nice, but the staff really made our stay incredible. We would definitely stay there again, and if Lauren ever leaves we will follow her crew to the next hotel!

Terrible Experience - Never Staying Here Again!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I regret every moment. First off, the location is in a sketchy part of town where I didn't feel safe walking outside after dark. It felt like a ghost town with a few questionable characters roaming around, and even the streetlights seemed dim, adding to the overall unease.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, the room had a HORRIFYING bedbug infestation! The first night, I woke up covered in bites, and when I pulled back the sheets, I saw the tiny bloodsuckers crawling all over the mattress. When I brought this up to management, they acted like it was no big deal and didn’t offer any help beyond a flimsy "we'll look into it."

Speaking of service, it was a disaster from start to finish. The staff was rude and dismissive. I had to wait 45 minutes just to check in, and every time I asked for something simple, like fresh towels or even directions, I got an attitude like I was bothering them.

Overall, if you're thinking of staying here, do yourself a favor and DON’T. Between the bugs, the terrible service, and the location, this place is a nightmare. I'd give it zero stars if I could!

We had a decent experience until we checked out. We paid a little more than we normally would for a room but it was in an area we could walk. We literally only slept in the room one night and weren't in the room other than that. We left with no issues and then we were charged more than double the original cost due to throw up all over the room. Clearly not our room as it was just us two adults. They showed video evidence in the room, but all rooms are the same and how do you know it was that room that day. The room was clean when we left as we just showered and threw away our coffee trash. No mess in the room when we left. We will never chose them as a place to stay again. It has been a nightmare. Terrible customer service

Thank you, Naliah and Lauren, for the great service and experience you ,other staff provided. This Marriott hotel, I definitely recommend. I travel a lot, and friendly vibes and smiles from this hotel never stopped. Housekeeping staff was so nice and friendly, laughed and joked, but most of all, they were very polite.

Fantastic stay at the Aloft Austin Domain! Excellent customer service staff, particularly Natalia who went above and beyond - thanks Natalia! Great location, convenient for walking to any place around the Domain. Would definitely stay again!

Friendly greetings at the frontdesk. The person helped us checking in was Maliah, she was great! The process was smooth. Our room was very clean, nice decor, and very comfortable. Will definitely return in the future and recommend to anyone as well.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Everything seemed to go well, me and my wife took an extra day in Austin to have a date night while on a work trip and picked this hotel. We stayed on night, paid an additional $21.66 for parking, but here is the kicker. After checkout we were charged an additional $250!!!!! They took pictures of another room and charged it to our card for some kid vommitting in their room. There were teams there that day and the housekeeping staff was too incompetent to place the charges on the correct room. I am in the process of disputing with Marriott and will never stay at an aloft or Marriott hotel again for this incident.

This hotel was a bit too minimalistic. Even the front desk was just a couple of stands that looked really cluttered. My husband and daughter and I were in Austin for a concert and were really looking forward to some pool time. Unfortunately, the pool was the size of a postage stamp and it was very dirty. |Getting to the hotel from the parking garage was a clumsy walk too. The carpets and tile in the room were so dirty my socks were dark on the bottoms. The sink in the bathroom space was tiny and the only place to change privately was in the toilet closet where the sliding door was very difficult to move. |Overall I can’t recommend this hotel given the price point. It was a real disappointment. |Pros: Beds were comfortable, complimentary fresh fruit and water bottles in the lobby, walking distance to shopping and food in The Domain.|Cons: Dirty floors, door to toilet and shower was very difficult to slide, no separate light for toilet and shower, no microwave in room, fridge barely kept things cool, closet was odd, dirty pool.
