We stayed here for 10 days due to my Aunt buying a house and waiting for it to close. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The rooms were clean, housekeeping was great, wish there was a microwave in the room. Other than that very pleased with everyone. I like that it's pet friendly, treats for the dogs. Overall very nice atmosphere but staff was exceptional. Thanks for your patience and for a wonderful experience.

Very cool, calm relaxing hotel... first time staying at this concept... kinda of a layed back feel, staff extremely helpful and friendly. There is a small bar, a pool table and a lot of searing in the lobby area.
The room was very cool, kind bed, very comfortable, huge walk in shower and a small separate room for the toilet.
There is an indoor safe , which i love, not that you care that I love it.. but I do.
There is a corner type half moon upholstered bench and table for eating or work. Lots of electric and USB connections.
Great location, easily walkable to many restaurants.
The price was excellent, location excellent, room excellent and the staff.... even better than excellent!
This is a great property and will stay here again

While the guest room could have used a deep cleaning (bath ceiling fan caked in dust, corners of showers had mildew, floor had dirty footprints, ubiquitous fingerprint smudges), the cozy, comfortable outdoor fireplace/seating area made up for that. The staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient. Great place to stay if traveling with a dog as there is no pet fee to stay here!

Inviting newer hotel with an active lobby and friendly front desk staff. Located in a quieter part of town away from the university campus it makes for a great night’s sleep. Many restaurants and shopping options nearby. Roughly 12-15 minutes away from campus without traffic. Reminder this is a Loft style product. If you don’t like the idea of a smaller room and concrete painted ceilings with an IKEA style full wall divider between the bedroom and bathroom area then this is not the product for you.||Guest room entertainment works well with Netflix, Amazon prime, etc streaming.

Conveniently located. Wall lamps do not work. I asked for new light bulbs but they never came. They are still using incandescent light bulbs instead of LED. Some features are definitely "after thought." The LED light for the vanity mirror is mounted on top of the mirror instead of underneath it. It's super bright and it hurts your eyes if you turn it on. Not sure why a night light in the toilet room needs a switch to operate. All the light switches are the far side of the bathroom outside the toilet room. Shouldn't some be by the entrance to the bathroom? There are two light switches by the front door. However, they are 3-way switches to control the same light in the bathroom. One is a main switch, the other has a dimmer on. What a design! Also, there is no light by the entrance. The stairs from upstairs only lead to the outside of the building. You can't go to the first floor or lobby if you use the stairs. I have definitely never seen anything like this at any hotels.

Stayed at this hotel last week. Beautiful rooms, pet friendly, and clean. Rooms were really nice and the beds comfortable. However, forget it if you need something! I left an item there and have been chasing them for nearly a week. They have the item but nobody knows how to send it back to me. So while the stay was good, the customer service needs major improvement.

We can start with how small the beds are and how hard they are. Reserved a room with 2 queens. I could have swore the were full size at max. This made a very uncomfortable stay. May have been ok if the beds weren't also hard as a rock. Then the bathroom sliding door had no lock and would not stay closed. So there's goes any privacy. This place is supposed to be somewhat newer but seems like a run down. 30 year old hotel. One other thing and this is partly my fault is no breakfast. Most reputable hotels offer a continental breakfast included with your room. Not this place. They have snack bars for $8. They call this breakfast. It's sad because they try to be some cool hip hotel when in reality it's a cheap and outdated mess. Never again will I choose to stay at any of these places.

We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Lubbock. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had to change our reservation very last minute due to canceled flights and the staff easily accommodated us. The hotel is new and very clean. The location is great , as there are shops, restaurants and even a Dave and Busters within easy walking distance. We highly recommend staying here for a weekend visit to see your Red Raider student or to catch a football game!
