Wonderful hotel and the staff is amazing. Got here for business after traveling for 14 hours from South Carolina. Check in was a breeze, even asked about tax exempt forms for government. Diego is one of the hardest working professionals I've ever met. He held down the front desk and the bar during happy hour, one of the best cocktails after a long day. Will definitely be coming back!

Rooms are great, but the staff are thieves. I Drove 5 hours back home, and noticed my glasses weren't in any of my bags. I called the hotel and they said they have found nothing in our room. They have yet to be honest with me and give my glasses back. $300 pair Oakley sunglasses, and no one has called me about forgotten items like other hotels have. Avoid this place at all costs

Trendy and fun place. Good prices. Can be a bit Spartan. But that's part of the fun. Breakfast is not included. Rooms new and very clean. I will stay there again.

Loved loved loved this hotel!!! It had everything for a weekend stay. The views from my room I was able to watch the fireworks which was a great joy! I didn’t have to leave my room. Another plus, the staff was extra friendly which hasn’t been the norm for many hotels these days! So thank you! Oh yeah! I forgot the cleanliness of the rooms and the gathering area! Next time I’m in San Antonio, a must I return! Hilton step ya game up!

Perfect place for a stopover. Comfy bed, clean rooms, nice chic eating nook and a good sized TV for those nights in after a good shower. Receptionist very helpful, really nice bar downstairs and love the food spots near by especially Fuego!

This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the staff is friendly. The rates are fair, but the location is not very convenient as it is far Northwest. It is across from Costco, near some good chain cafes and very close to Fiesta Texas and UTSA, so depending where you need to be, could be great. The detail about proximity to Fiesta Texas means the property has more children than most Aloft Hotels.

This hotel seemed new and was in a great location close to The Shops at La Cantera, Fiesta Texas, food places, etc. The staff was friendly and the room had what we needed for a few days stay. There was no iron in the room but we brought a handheld steamer and I believe they have breakfast items available for purchase. We had no need for either and had a great experience. We would definitely stay again. Workout area, pool and social outdoor areas are great too.

Just disgusting to allow dogs in the rooms of those who do not travel with their pets. My first time staying at an Aloft, hadn’t realized it was pet friendly until I saw the dog bowls at the entrance. Maybe I should request a pet free room going forward. First, my mobile key never worked until I arrived and had to check in at the front desk. Once in our room it smelled of man’s cologne. My daughter locked herself in the restroom because the slide door hinge broke. We had to yank, pull and push hard on the door to barely get it open. We were told they couldn’t fix it because of staff shortage. We finally had a call in the morning and hour before checkout that someone could come up and fix it. The window curtain was also broke. The worst part is that when we went to sleep, all we smelled on the comforter and bed was dog!!!! It was so gross and within the room, there were areas that had the pet urine smell. The small sofa chair was also covered in pet hair. I’ve never been so uncomfortable and we were too tired to go and ask for more blankets. It was like being in someone’s home that don’t realize they smell like dog. I even had the smell in my nose after we checked out. NEVER WILL WE STAY HERE EVER AGAIN!!!
