We had a wonderful experience with the hotel service. Complimentary Drip Coffee/ filtered water is exceptionally good ? Breakfast is amazing they have a person who cooks omelets ?the staff are kind, hardworking with amazing attitude warm and welcoming personality?. The room is clean, cozy, and nice?. The location is an hour away drive to Zion.
A recommendation for improvement would be the pool cleaning service for the spa/jacuzzi it needs more attention and love.
I would love to see the jets be clean and all working. Overall we are very happy! Thank you so much Best Western Abbey. We are generous, happy, and loving to give you 5 stars. We really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed for 2nights before making our way to Springdale. It was clean and had very comfortable beds. The staff were so lovely and kind! We enjoyed the social hour where you could get a complimentary alcoholic drink as well as enjoy a complimentary salad bar as well natcho station. The breakfast was good with lots of food choices. It was also nice to sit by the pool and relax after a day of hiking. While it is on the outskirts of town, there is a lot of walkable restaurants nearby and the Staff recommendations were bang on.

Best Western Plus Abbey Inn - St. George, Utah

The staff here was very friendly and quick to attend to our needs. One thing to note is that they charge extra for early check-in or late check-out, which can be anywhere from $50 to $100. Since they were late getting us checked in, they gave us a late checkout, which was nice. The breakfast was decent, though the prices during fall break were pretty high—over $300 a night.

The rooms were spacious, with a living room and main bedroom separated, which made it easy to have the kids sleep on the pull-out bed. The fireplace in the room was a neat touch! It was a bit strange, though, that housekeeping only comes every other day, so during our 4-day stay, our room was only cleaned once.

They do have laundry machines on site, which is convenient. The pool was a bit underwhelming, but the kids still had fun. Surprisingly, the gym was better than I expected. I also appreciated the electric car charging stations, which were cheaper than using the nearby superchargers.

The location is perfect, centrally located for the best family activities in the area. They offer hot chocolate on demand, and the room had a microwave and a small fridge that actually got cold enough to freeze items if needed. Overall, a decent stay with a few quirks.

We loved our stay! The $30/night dog fee felt worth it once I saw the bed, dog, bowls, and treats. The room was large and I was really impressed by the hotel breakfast. I cant remember the last time I had a continental breakfast that was more than yogurt and stale pastries. I took one star off because the rooms are not very well insulated, you can hear every door slam and if your room faces the pool like mine did, be prepared for a lot of shrieking (even in Winter).

From the moment we got picked up at the airport and all the way to checking in and making it to our rooms we were blown away by the level of customer service we received from the staff. The van driver was personable, positive and gave tons of information on the area and what that do and where to eat around the hotel. Once we arrived at the hotel the front desk ladies helped us out to create membership accounts to get point for our stay and were lovely to chat with. They invited us to the happy hour area later in the day. Minutes later after I got to my room they slipped a paper with my new rewards number and now I’m all set. This was 5 star service!!! You’ll not regret staying here! Happy to return whenever my travels bring me back in town.

Was a wonderful stay. Room was very clean and inviting. Customer service was excellent. We were there because of a family bearvement. We couldn’t get to breakfast on time and on our way to hospital my son ask for fruit he was given 2 bananas and an apple. The kitchen. Went out of their way. I can’t say enough about our stay

Clean, lighted and inviting lobby with sitting area & coffee machine. Front desk staff are all very polite and helpful . The breakfast was great. On a Saturday, there was an egg station to customize your eggs. A great spread of breakfast items. I found the market convenient when I was hungry. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Just minutes away to shopping and restaurants by Uber. Several fast food restaurants walking distance from the hotel. I loved my stay. I stayed 1 night before hiking the canyons and chose to stay in this same hotel for 2 more nights a week later.

One of the best hotels on our road-trip around the South-west. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, nice pool-area including a big whirlpool. The breakfast (more like a brunch, different hot plates, including an egg-station) was satisfying and definitely an upgrade to your typical continental breakfasts.

Something to keep in mind: The interstate is not too far away, so traffic can get a bit noisy in the morning and the windows are not isolated.
