Isaac at the front desk overnight was excellent. Very friendly staff overall with such a clean hotel. The lobby is cozy upscale and romantic. Lots of music ? posters and historic photographs. Great location with access to city bus and shuttles. Downtown is close driving distance.

The room and hotel were modern, clean and friendly. The reason for the low score is the lack of hot water and open shower design. We waited 10 minutes for the water to get barely warm at 10 pm and then I tried at 5 am the next morning and it wasn’t much better. Very little water pressure and the open door shower design made it unbearable. When you book just a place to lay your head and quick shower before heading to the airport, you expect those two things to be good.

I stayed here to be close to the airport. Was presently surprised with the room and the price. Pictures don't do the room justice. Stayed overnight in the King suite.
Doesn't compare to a 4 or 5 dimond, but it is definitely suitable. I would stay again. Clean and spacious.
There is a restaurant and bar on site food served until 10pm bar closes at 11pm. Fitness room, pool, and patio for smokers.

This was our first time staying at the Cambria Hotel. When I booked the hotel, I was given the option to choose a suite with 2 Queen bedroom. Upon our arrival, we were assigned a room with disabled accommodation, which we have not requested. However, the room was surprisingly spacious, with beds and pillows that were incredibly comfortable. I particularly loved the modern design of the rooms. The shades and curtains were electric and could be controlled with a switch, and the mirror even had Bluetooth capabilities, likely for a speaker. The amenities were top-notch. There were plenty of lounge chairs outside for hanging out, there was outside TVs, fire pit, corn holes and the pool was open until midnight. The bar offered a wide selection of drinks and stayed open late, closing at 11:00 p.m. The bartender was friendly and attentive. The front desk staff at the time of check in were also welcoming and helpful. They even offered complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning.
However, there were a few minor issues. The biggest complaint was the smell in the hotel lobby. The scent was quite strong, reminiscent of wet carpet or wet dogs, and it lingered throughout the lobby, even up until the elevator, which was being masked with a cleaning product. Additionally, our coffee machine in the room was broken, and there was a white stain on one of the decorative pillows. Despite these minor inconveniences, our stay was overall pleasant, and we plan to return to the Cambria Hotel in the Future

Positive: The rooms are so clean and spacious. I love the bar downstairs. The queso and guac is bomb. Especially with the picadillo meat. Negative: The menu needs to updated to reflect what?s actually being served. I think some street tacos should be added to the menu. It would do really well. The wings are overcooked by a few minutes too but once that?s remedied, the wings would be amazing.

Just checked out after a 3 night stay. The service was pretty amazing overall from the front desk manager, Kasandra who held onto my uniforms for me that a friend dropped off and she was accommodating when it came to asking for a late checkout for my husband and son.
Larry was another wonderful employee at the front desk he was delightfully friendly when checking us in, assisting with the luggage cart and when we needed a replacement pillow after my son spit up milk.
Antonio was our server the first evening and he was so friendly, in fact all of the servers during our stay were wonderful.
Room: the bed was amazingly comfortable and that's rare for me with my neck and back issues. The shower was spacious and great water pressure and all except for the last night was the noise basically nonexistent.
Unfortunately there were deficiencies. The nightlight feature did not work in the bathroom and with my baby we couldn't bath him easily. The mini fridge didn't have a separate freezer space to store pumped milk. Several of the switches in the room didn't work even after my husband checked the bulbs. That first night we didn't have a remote in our room and even after calling about it being missing, it was never delivered. There was also a a shattered window next to our room door and it looked like it was from a stray bullet. The pool area had zero shaded areas.
I'd still recommend staying but not good for nursing moms with infants.

We stayed at the Cambria Austin Airport in advance of an early morning flight. The check in was seamless and the room was spacious, well appointed, and very clean. We went down to the lobby for dinner and it was well prepared and tasty. We had a shuttle to the airport in the morning and ate breakfast prior to the ride. We had an omelet which came with potatoes and fresh fruit and it was honestly one of the best omelets I have ever had! Big enough to split (unless you are a big eater) and the potatoes were both crisp and tender like mini-fries. The servers were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was excellent, especially the bathroom. It was so nice that I still gave it 5 stars despite the room not having a curtain, only a translucent screen through which the sun started blasting us at 7am, which woke us up. As I said, the bathroom is very very cool so I dealt with the no-curtain situation. The service was poor, especially the front desk. They seemed genuinely disinterested in being helpful and were not friendly at all. They should be working at a roach motel somewhere, at least per their attitude. I'd still stay here again, though, because of the price, location, and quality of the room, the missing curtain notwithstanding.
