Pleasantly surprised with the amentities and comfort at Citizen M (Austin). Although the room is small, it is very comfortable and has everything you need for a quick stay. Bed was amazing. LOVED the features of black out blinds and lighting options (red light!). Great shower. Fun atmosphere inside (rooftop/breakfast/bar area) - though we did not take advantage. Breakfast options looked great (and we are picky) - though we did not partake. Wish we could have used the workout room and rooftop pool (too short of a stay) - We would definitely stay again.

The staff at CitizenM in Austin were phenomenal!! I'm a young professional and they made me feel so safe and taken care of. I 100% recommend this location. AND the breakfast is incredible!! A specialty coffee from a barista included It was just delicious every day. The room was the perfect size for me by myself, knowing that I wouldn't be in there much.

Great location downtown. There was a little bit of road noise in the early morning but there is the option to choose a room overlooking the courtyard on check in which would be quieter. The room was compact but very comfortable and the blackout blinds were excellent. Staff were brilliant during the stay, very friendly and helpful. I've stayed in a few citizenM hotels and they've always been nice.

My favorite hotel chain! I love the pod style rooms, artsy communal lounge spaces, and how you get everything you need and nothing you don't with a price that reflects it. Big comfortable bed and 2 different kinds of pillows. Great for an individual, decent for a pair that doesn't mind sharing the rom or stepping out to the lounge for space. Not a traditional American hotel experience but I think it's great.
Staff is always helpful, they have extra toiletries at the front desk. Easy to call down for extra towels/blankets/pillows. Self check in/out is easy, very accommodating with check in times. Love the little rooftop pool deck at this location.
Breakfast is $20ish but you won't get as much quality food and coffee for the price anywhere else downtown. Plus it's open late so you can get breakfast and lunch. Only paid parking but that is typical for downtown hotels in most big cities.

Incredibly convenient location for a great price. Once inside, the hotel offers a modern luxury experience with great amenities. The room itself is a little small, though it is well laid out and comfortable. There's a great view and full streaming options including the ability to cast from your personal device if you prefer. ||||You really can't beat the mixture of luxury and location for the price.

Loved the atmosphere, decor, location. A vibe that you can definitely enjoy. Most of all the Morning staff!!! I'm not a morning person but the joy and overwhelming kindness from Mr. Jeffery & Ms. Xaviaer made the stay priceless. I cannot explain how benevolent these two were from the moment we stepped in for breakfast to the time we left. Great time and great stay ?

Boutique hotel located in a prime location downtown. Lobby/Reception area is super cool, lots of place and spaces to hangout and work.

Rooms are compact, but have everything you need, super modern. Shower is awesome.

I was staying on a work trip and for one person it's good, for 2 people I can see this being a little small (you would just be on top of one another).

Side note, there's a communal iron room, on each floor, so if you need to iron anything you'll need to walk your stuff over and back.

Great hotel - I enjoyed my stay here. The staff I encountered were always helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and well-kept. A bonus was the blackout curtains/shade in the rooms, which were great - I slept soundly and well!
