Great experience upon arriving at this hotel during Thanksgiving weekend. Valet, Bennett greeted us and provided great assistance. The front desk check in was simple and hassle free. The rooms are comfy, clean and provide all amenities you need such as safe, coffee maker, plugs around the room good bed. The location is great for visiting downtown Austin. I would definitely stay on a return visit.

Overall a great stay! Our room was very clean and spacious. The hotel location is amazing. Only three small things that we think the hotel could improve on:
1) There is NO self parking offered at the hotel. Only street parking or valet. As it is the city, we understand. BUT valet needs to be better at keeping the guests updated on when their car will be available. We received a message saying our car would be out front in 10 minutes, but we instead waited 30. We do understand it can get busy, and we have no problem waiting. We just would have appreciated another message saying the time would take longer…
2) Our room had a pretty loud white noise. We for the life of us couldn’t figure out where the noise was coming from, and quite honestly it started to make me anxious. I am a high anxiety individual and hearing a faint ringing sound 24/7 wasn’t ideal.
3) The bed is hard and uncomfortable. We have stayed at plenty of Marriotts and even some Courtyards before- the bed here was the worst.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff is one of the best. I have to call out Gwen at the front desk. She was super friendly and helpful. She made me feel like a proper Ambassador Elite and recognized my status. She should definitely be recognized fit her efforts!

Rooms was clean and comfortable. I just wish the pillows were a little fluffier but still great overall. Love that there is a restaurant and a Starbucks attached. Great food at Champions (the restaurant) and Geneva who was the server did a great job. Would stay here again if I’m coming to Austin.

Service at the front desk was very helpful and kind. We had a small issue with the lock and help was sent up immediately. The front desk also called to make sure it was taken care of.
At the restaurant and were greeted immediately by Geneva who took our take out order and promptly got us our food.
Overall great experience.

This hotel is amazing. Beautiful design in a great location- you can actually see the hotel from some of the roof top bars on 6th street!!

Staff were just brilliant and helpful. Special thanks to Manuel who checked us in, you made us feel very well taken care off upon arrival which started our travels off on a really good note!!

Thanks to the courtyard team, your smashing it.

Everything was great! The valet was awesome and they were all so sweet. Before arriving we spoke with Amy who helped with the questions we had. Check in was easy and quick. Rooms were clean and the location was amazing for a getaway weekend we loved it! But our favorite was Gwen! Gwen was so sweet and helpful! Her customer service was amazing even helped us sign up to be a member, so sweet thanks again Gwen! Also bar was phenomenal and so were the bartenders and staff!
