It is a great place to stay; I didn't give the room a five-star rating because the bed was a little too firm for me. I like super soft fall into a cloud type beds. All in all, everything's great.

Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was chill, and the outside was relaxing. I loved their fire pit and waterfall out back! Definitely would stay again.

Relatively nice hotel, however, the shower was straight out of a 1994 YMCA locker room. If you're staying here, be sure to pack your shower shoes. Or better yet, choose one of the much newer and nicer hotels in the area.

Stayed here beginning of August, came because of a recommendation. Let me tell you this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The whole customer experience itself was terrible. The manager Rebecca had a terrible attitude toward and smelt up the whole room of cigarettes. The bathroom had mold in shower, under sink, and in the cracks. Stains on the comforters. I cannot even BELIEVE that Marriott would associate themselves with this franchise. I will never stay at THIS Courtyard EVER again!!!

It's a basic hotel. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, reception service was terrible. After attempting to change my room to a standard room instead of an accessible room repeatedly I gave up after the 3rd day. Gym is smaller than a bedroom and the equipment was broken.

Positive: Location Negative: They turned off our keys and hour early and because of this we could not get into our rooms after 10 am. We had to get the house keeper to let us in and they were annoyed at our request to let us in. Will not stay here again.

Rooms were fine but customer service was not. Called two weeks ahead to reserve a pack n play. Once we got to the hotel, it was not in our room. Was told before we left for dinner it would be in our room once we got back. It was not. Then was told that the door was locked to get them and a manager would be in at 11pm.
We stayed two nights and was there for travel baseball. After checking out and trying to maneuver around a cleaning cart, my purse fell after the attendant wouldn’t move said cart. Once downstairs, went to get breakfast only to be told I couldn’t have a plate because it was 10:01am and they stopped serving after the food was still out and I had a bagel in hand. Then to put the cherry on top, my son couldn’t find his bag in the lobby, after saying loudly he was missing his black bag. Front desk worker ( the one there the entire weekend) took the bag and put it behind her desk and never once said anything while he was looking for it. Clean place, lots of towels, but horrible customer service

Room was nice, no issues. Stocked well with towels, TP, and all the usual stuff. Anytime I needed help from the front desk, even early 5:30am or late after midnight, always a helpful soul available. Was lucky enough to have met Cindy, one of the managers (happy belated birthday btw Cindy). You could tell that she genuinely cared about the place as the first day I met her it was actually her day off. She was just a gem and really made my stay just that muck better. I am not big in having my room serviced during my stay, and the cleaning staff were respectful of that. Very pleasant experience overall.
