The rooms are really nice. So far everyone has been nice. The breakfast is really good. Sounds like a plane is landing on my room every now and again. But it is right by the airports.

When I booked, I specifically booked a room with a balcony. I even put it in the reservation notes. Lo and behold they don’t have what I booked. Interesting the packaging looks great but the goods were not delivered. Over priced small room.

This is my usual spot when I travel here for work due to proximity to the location. It's consistent and good enough for me. The pool is nice and there are restaurants within walking good distance.

Firstly, if you need to smoke Mother Nature’s Medicine do not stay here. I have a Medical card in Maryland due to Muscular Dystrophy and found out that I was not allowed to smoke anything- even outside. However being my children I had a cookie and we enjoyed the stay. The grounds were very tidy and clean - not a single cigarette butt on the ground anywhere.

The customer service is here and there- the kitchen cook was amazingly catering and attentive for dinner-amazing fresh healthy food. The gentleman who checked us in also very attentive and allowed us to get the room without major credit card because it was an Airline mistake versus a chosen stay. (Ps Don’t use Spirit Airlines!)

However we did receive inaccurate information about a “one time use voucher”….apparently it is not one time use but my kids bought $96 worth of snack shop stuff at once due to the inaccurate info.
Apparently was told later that we could have added it to our room and used it as needed through the day.

The gym had great options for my daughter, they did have a water leak or something -when you walked into the gym it was a pool of water on the floor dripping from the ceiling both days.

Next we asked for a wake up call and shuttle to the airport and did not receive either.
We had to call a Lyft so don’t depend on them to really BE THERE for you. Set your own alarms and all that but even with 3 kids we made it on time.

Lastly, when my son hurt his mouth in the pool — the employee at the front desk immediately drove us to urgent care so for that solid 3 stars. I pray she is blessed forever because she definitely cares!

3 of us had our windows broken out the same night. Front desk said the problem has been going on multiple times a week for months, & each night there are multiple victims. All I needed was a few stress free hours to study for an AWS test. Well I didn’t get that. Police have been there 15 times this month, with a total of over 50 vehicles broken into. Trucks are the target. Thieves looking for guns. Only an idiot leaves there gun in the vehicle. What good does that do? On top of it, these fools have the odacity to charge $10 to park( not mentioned anywhere when making a reservation). So you get to pay extra to get your truck window broke and ransacked. The company knows about the problem and has no security, no motion lights, no cameras & a bullshit gate that my grandson could get by. If you want a new window, this is the place for you. If not, do yourself a favor and don’t stay near the San Antonio Airport. If I would have been given the info they knew prior to checking in, I wouldn’t have. I will not rest until these greedy people are held financially accountable.

Was treated horrible at this location. Story on my facebook page. Long story short. Went in for a job interview I was approached by a few big wigs at my current job. Did application took the test and got an interview. I was emailed and had text messages from the day I booked the interview. Walk into building to the front desk to a very unprofessional and rude EVENT Coordinator. Which gave me her card. Telling me there was no managers even there and nobody told her anything. Then asked what position I applied for. I informed her Night auditor she was as if it was her family member or something. Ummm no that position is filled so I don’t know who told you to come in. I sent email regarding this to the recruiter that emailed me after the interview to see how my experience went. I have not heard from anyone. Smh

I've been in several of Courtyard around many cities, but I have never in counter such a bad service for breakfast. You arrived and there is no one to greet you, server is inside the kitchen, customer service is completely gone, and I hope managers can do something about it to make your customer satisfied. Front desk, what's a little bit better but when I request a quite room, corner room was not granted even though 98% of they parking lot was empty.

Adequate hotel. My only issues are that it sounds like you're on the runway and planes come and go often. Housekeeping came by and didnt knock, but opened my door and threw the deadbolt to prop it open while I was still in the room. This was well before check out. Then, SEVERAL vehicles we're broken into. At least 2 had firearms stolen.
