Excellent Stay...everything was perfect starting from Check In until Check Out. The Staff were very helpful & their behavior was very good. Rooms were neat & clean. Food was very delicious. And Finally I would like to thank the hotel staff for preparing the baby food on our request. It was such a sweet gesture. Thank you.

The greatest plus point of this hotel is that it's bang on the highway crossing Jaipur, so you don't have to enter the city if you need a night's stay. That is about all that it has going for it.

Our check-in was a bit chaotic, as there was a crowd for some marriage-related function around the reception area. The area in front of the hotel is also very busy. My room was really small, with the bathroom barely enough to stand. My parents' room was slightly bigger. So, I wouldn't recommend the place for long-ish stays. We were there for one afternoon (and a night), and it's good enough for that.

The food was average, and it got delivered after multiple calls to the restaurant to explain what I was ordering. And I was ordering basic items from their menu. The food is vegetarian, which we weren't aware of when booking. I believe alcohol is also not allowed. Not major issues, but the information didn't seem clearly mentioned anywhere (or maybe I missed it).

We had to leave early the next day, so we reached for the breakfast right when it begins. There were several other guests, as well, but many of the items weren't ready. If you specify a time for the breakfast service to start, you should ensure that the breakfast is ready at the time.

Cygnett also promises a whole range of benefits when you book through their site. However, most of these benefits come with riders (disclosed to you when you check in). So, you should book with a booking app if you are getting better rates there.

On the whole, not a bad experience in anyway, but not a place we would like to stay at again either.

Thank you for the amazing stay and so neat and clean rooms ! Very kind and humble staff. I like to praise the manager ( Tejveer) and front desk - superb service! I’ll visit again for sure . Overall experience is average. The pool is dirty and rooms are not very great compar to price. The room was a bit different from what we were shown and the manager handled this situation as if it was our mistake. Staff is good specially Shikha, she’s very helpful.

Restaurent staff are very supportive and polite..buffet breakfast is excellent..buffet incharge Shika mam was so nice and supportive with smiling always. Hotel environment is very pleasant. 9+ rating for family stay, even u have come for official purposes

We stayed at Cygnett Park BL Jaipur, located about 20 minutes from the city center and Jaipur Railway Station. The property was decent, with comfortable rooms and good vegetarian food. However, we encountered a minor issue with the shower drain, which was slow to clear. The room view was average.

One major inconvenience was the ongoing upgrade work during our stay. Room number plates were changed while we were out, and our key cards stopped working. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about this beforehand, which caused some confusion. Despite this, the staff was polite, helpful, and provided good service.

While the property offers a pleasant stay, its location on the outskirts of the city may not be ideal for those wanting to be closer to central Jaipur.

Room and waiting area- good , clean and well maintained. View from the room was good.
Staff - All are well trained and every one welcome us with happy faces always. We loved the way "Shikha" treated us during dinner and breakfast time with a beautiful smile.
Food - 10 out of 10
Missing things - shower cap, shaving kit and dental kit.
There was lot of noise in the afternoon which was quite distrubing.

Overall stay was good. We stayed for 2 days.
