It's with a heavy heart that I cannot recommend Janine and her team, despite truly liking them as people. My experience was highly disappointing, and with good conscience, I cannot recommend their services.

From the start, there was a lack of transparency. They charged a 25% design fee on top of all services, which I accepted, but they assured me all discounts would be passed along which would essentially pay for itself. Instead, they negotiated undisclosed kickbacks with vendors and kept them for themselves.

Additionally, they did not adhere to the budget we provided, even though they committed to it at the start, and made me feel like the problem when redesigns were needed. We had to terminate the contract early due to their minimal, overpriced work. They kept my $5k deposit. The work that they did do, (the which we paid for in full), the quality was poor; our wallpaper began falling apart shortly after, requiring another company that I had to contract separately to fix it. They also broke my new floor and never fixed it.

Overall, it was a total waste of time and money.
