I have to echo the sentiments of the other reviewers here. D'Fine Design and his team have been very attentive to our needs from Day 1. D'Fine Design was available anytime we had a question or concern and worked with his team to remedy it. His customer service was impeccable and he even gave design suggestions and came up with creative solutions. His team was respectful and attentive as well. went above and beyond to make us happy and we are some picky folks! In the end, we have a beautiful modern bathroom renovation that we are extremely happy with! Would highly recommend them!

D'Fine Design and Build just finished our bathroom before the Thanksgiving holiday. The remodel started with the idea of moving the door to our bathroom. Sharon is amazing and addressed all of our wants for our remodel. She has an incredible sense of design and function, and helped us think through every detail, providing every available choice. Sharon was always responsive to our questions before and after the project started. She was on holiday for a few weeks during our renovation and still never missed a beat upon her return.

Huge thanks to the Project Manager, Monica. I cannot say enough great things about her. She was responsive at all hours and always available via text. She was great at communicating next steps and what to expect each week, ensuring that things stayed on track, even if weekend or late evening work was necessary. Samuel and his team took care to keep our house as clean as possible throughout the construction, vacuuming and sweeping when they left every day. They were always respectful and considerate. At the end of the project, they even vacuumed after removing all of the supplies from the garage where they were stored. It should be noted that half way through the bathroom remodel we decided to have the floors in our dressing and bedroom areas leading to our bathroom redone, removing the carpet in one room and refinishing the hardwoods in another. That added on an additional week or so, but wow are they beautiful!

Overall, this remodel changed our lives. It’s like waking up in an entirely new space. It’s light, airy and gorgeous! Sharon, Monica, and the team were all so great, it was like having new family members for a while. The results far surpassed our expectations. We are extremely satisfied with every facet of this bathroom remodel. Our bathroom was my least favorite room in our house and now it’s my favorite!

D’Fine Design and Build just finished our bathroom remodel which started with the idea of moving our washer and dryer upstairs to our master bathroom area. Sharon has a wonderful sense of design and function, and she helped us think through all the details and choices. A+ customer service. Sharon was always responsive to our questions before and after the project started. Can’t say enough about David and his team. High quality workmanship. They took care to keep our house as clean as possible throughout the construction, even sweeping out the garage when they left every day. Most remarkable was when David figured out why our refrigerator did not go on after the electric was turned off and then back on. Rather than leaving us with the problem that was not related to his work, he identified that it was a bad breaker, and he replaced it, thus solving the problem. Although the job took longer than estimated, it was certainly worth the wait!

D’Fine Design & Build did a fantastic job with my Kitchen renovation. From start to finish; they were a pleasure to work with. The designing and planning with Sean (Consultant) was seamless, enjoyable and a breeze. No high pressure sales tactics. He made great suggestions during the entire process. He was knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and helpful. The work was done mostly by their excellent, and talented Project Manager, David, and his assistant Dublas. Their hard work and attention to detail was exceptional. They too made some excellent suggestions and guided me as to what was the industry standard for certain things. They kept me in the loop on everything they were doing, and asked multiple questions along the way about exactly what I wanted. With the exception of a couple of days, where I was notified in advance, they showed up on time, ready to work, and completed their scheduled tasks daily. After each day’s work they followed up with me, and we discussed what was done, and what was expected to be done the following day. They implemented great housekeeping skills. Cleaning up as they worked, and always at the end of the day. Ahmet (Owner) was very easy going and willing to answer any and all questions I had. Overall, it was a great experience working with the team at D’Fine Design & Build. I’d recommend them for any work one might consider having done. I’m already planning other projects and will not hesitate working with them again.

Hired D’Fine for a master bath, kitchen, laundry, and bedroom remodel. In the end it all got done, but it took 10 weeks longer, $16K more than the $150K contract agreed upon, and the conditions we were forced to live with were completely unacceptable. Numerous issues in the beginning too many to list, feel free to text or email me and I’d be happy to discuss. I called Ahmet and we had a come to Jesus meeting, where by he discovered how mismanaged our project was. From there things got better and eventually all got done. If David is your supervisor you’re in good hands, if not keep looking. Tanya was good, but there is a significant drop off from the beautiful show room to project detail that was also an issue. Wrong cabinets ordered, workmen just sitting around your house, one fell through our ceiling. Nice guys who mean well but not sure I would choose them again, I lost 10 years of my life and spent almost $20K more than they said I would. Started Feb 15th, finished 2 days ago. They use subs and that is the issue, they are not invested like owner or Tanya, Sub contractors look for easy and cheap way. You have to stay on them.

D'Fine's team just finished our master bath redesign & remodel and we couldn't be happier! The process from sales call to completion was a great experience. Ask for Sean Hogan in sales for a no pressure estimate. Sean spent over an hour with us on the sales call and provided great design insight & material selection advice. The team arrived every day on time, did meticulous work, were professional, considerate & cleaned up every night. Ask for PM David and his team of Marvin/Martin. D'Fine was very flexible to work with and offered fair pricing too!

I first contacted Zenith in Timonium on 10/19/22 after receiving a mailer from them. I already had a few quotes in hand for a partial kitchen remodel we were thinking of. Three months later to today (1/19/23) the job is completed and we couldn't be happier. They refined our design, beat the other quotes, provided quality materials and excellent workmanship - in fast and precise fashion. It was a real pleasure to work with the Timonium staff: Gamze, Eko and the work crew led by Jose!
