The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that is the good part.

- The rooms are typical hotel rooms.
- The temperature control of our room (841) was either hot or cold. We set our room temperature to 74 degrees Fahrenheit. When the air-conditioning turned on, it would freeze the room and then it would get warm.
- The desk lamp was broken and did not work (See picture).
- The shower control looked like it was missing a piece (see picture)
- The bathroom vent did not work so you had to keep the door open when you used the bathroom so that you would not suffocate.
- Not sure what this room was next to, but it seemed like anytime the elevator was used, there was a very loud and disturbing sound that wakes you up at all hours of the day. Forget trying to get a restful night sleep. We were all exhausted in the morning because of waking up due to the loud noise.
- They give you a $30.00 food/room credit per room, per day for a diamond Hilton Honors member, but a 12" peperoni pizza that did not taste good was over $20.00 with automatically added 18% gratuity.

This was not worth $200.00+ per night

Staff were friendly. Room was great. Location is awesome. Only thing that was bothersome was the breakfast.

When I was reserving the room, it stated that the breakfast was included. Actually it turned out to be a voucher for $10 per guest. Next, the breakfast venue’s cashier was rude, annoyed and not happy with something. First morning I visited around 7 am. With a tired voice she asked us what we wanted. No smile. The items on the menu were $10+ no matter what we bought, we had to pay. And after seeing they replenished the coffee with a Folgers can, we did not order the overpriced coffee and got it from Starbucks next door. It was the same next morning. Not really a great way to start the morning.

Maybe just make a simple breakfast buffet with cereal and breakfast sausages and coffee and I think a lot of people would be happier than what you offer. Or just send us to the Grand Hilton next door.

Super disappointed with this hotel. When we checked in we were told our room wasn't ready yet but it shouldn't be long and they would text me when it's ready. After sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting we still hadn't heard anything. I checked with the desk again and the girl I spoke to this time was able to get us in a room right away. The room was very spacious but run down. The bed was noticeably sagging in the middle. The couch was stained. The door had a huge gap around it that let in a ton of light and noise. We paid extra for a balcony room, but the furniture outside was dirty and falling apart. They were doing construction directly in front of the window/balcony so we couldn't even enjoy it. The view was incredible, but I would stay at one of the neighboring hotels instead if I came back.

Ho soggiornato al Doble Garden di Miami Beach e ne sono rimasto entusiasta! La posizione è ideale, a due passi dalla spiaggia e vicino alle principali attrazioni. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ben arredate, con un tocco moderno. Il personale è cortese e sempre disponibile a dare consigli su cosa vedere in città. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per un soggiorno a Miami Beach!

Overall this property is underwhelming and not kept up. We stayed for one night after a cruise. We ported early and were hoping for an early check in considering my husband has status with Hilton. The girl at the desk said we should be able to check in early and that they would text us. They did not text us and my husband had to follow up multiple times until they finally let us in the room around 3:30. When we got upstairs we noticed housekeeping in the hallways still turning over rooms until 5:30-6:00 even though check-in was at 4. The hallways are poorly painted/lit and dirty. The A/C vents dripped on us multiple times while we were passing through. Our room had random stains on the bed frame/walls, the shower tile was chipped and moldy in some places and the A/C was super loud every time it clicked on. The whole place basically looked like they used a handyman that had no clue what they were doing. You also could hear everything happening in the rooms around you and in the hallways. Definitely not what you’d expect for the rates they’re charging. I’ve stayed at motels that are steps above this property. Cherry on top of the cake was when we went to check out we had to wait for an elevator for 10-15 minutes because painters/contractors were using the guest elevators. Apparently they don’t have a service elevator.

My advice would be to book the Marriott next door if you’re looking for a hotel on the front or back end of a cruise. We stayed there for 2 nights before boarding and it was clean, well maintained and relaxing.

Nice hotel didn't expect it to be this high tech. You need to scan you finger print each time you take the elevator.

Things you need to know is that the hotel only has 3 floor as a hotel and reset is apartments. So the swimming pool is shared with the people living in the apartments.

Rooms are in good service even tho a few things are getting old how ever good overall room condition. There is also no breakfast so you should buy your breakfast before.

If you are scared of heights don't come here.

In conclusions good hotel worth the price and the view.

We stayed for a night in this Hotel but the room we stayed in was horrible. It had a very bad smell.The bed felt damp with very bad stench. The bathroom tub did not drain well.I could not sleep all night due to something I was reacting to in the room. Could be mold or the strong stench from the carpet. Overall the night spent here was just uncomfortable and unpleasant. They need to keep the rooms clean and scent free and also fix that bath tub drain.
