My family and I had the experience of visiting the DoubleTree hotel (Chelsea) this past week. we had a fantastic stay and the staff was the icing on the cake.|Special shout out to Yin and Mario, who took care of us for breakfast. Soko and Jeff were charming. The cocktails were on point every time. Rafid (? spelling) was accommodating with whatever request that we had. Each night we returned, he asked how our day was. Thank you for making our time in London memorable.

Room was nice. Location was very convenient and good neighborhood. Staff excellent. It was a little warm. Hotel had down comforter on bed which was too hot. No air conditioning. No top sheet. I removed comforter from duvet cover and used duvet cover as top sheet and opened window. Also, no wash clothes were offered. But, hotel was good and I would stay there again.

Kein 4-Sterne Hotel. Zimmer war nicht sauber. Nicht genügend Badtücher obwohl mehrmals erwähnt, dass wir zu dritt sind. WC Papier wird nicht nachgefüllt. Dusche funktioniert nicht richtig, Wasser hat nicht genügend Druck, Dusche verstopft schnell. Haare waschen unmöglich. Wird nicht täglich gereinigt. Für 200 Fr pro Nacht überteuert. Am ersten Tag im Restaurant gegessen und danach gebrochen und Durchfall.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now and never been disappointed. The team have always delivered a great service and show they really care. Jiletta on reception was very welcoming and helpful and recognised my diamond status. The warm cookies are always tasty.!

Decent hotel at high rates.
Stayed here for a couple of days because of the good location at Imperial Wharf. The hotel is decent, not special. Check in by the reception was cold and mechanical. Rooms are clean but smallish, and bathroom is a very tight space, with a half open shower. Beds are OK for short stays. Staff are indifferent and aloof, doing their jobs as described but otherwise not engaging. The rates are high for the value gained in return, which was overall below expectations, not what we are used to as Hilton members. We had a second stay booked here for later in the month, but decided to cancel this after the mediocre experience and booked an alternative.
