Used to be 5-star but they refurbished away the Waterfall and replaced it with a typical and boring copy/paste lounge and dining area that feels smaller than the old one. Rooms are nice, but doesn’t feel worth the price anymore. Minus one extra star for failing to update their website with the refurbishments. All other aspects of the hotel seem good though.

EDIT: I appreciate them responding and I hope that Embassy Suites quickly updates their property description on their websites so that people booking are not misled in their expectations.

Enjoyed our stay. The highlight for me was hot buffet breakfast, amazing shower and spacious room.
However charging for parking is not fair. I think that’s a no no but again it’s California a evil democrat state

Breakfast was very good with an omelette chef for you, the afternoon complimentary drinks was great after a long day at Disney. They had chips and salsa for a snack as well. The room was very spacious and well designed. Our view was beautiful I don’t think we shut our curtains once! Staff would reach out daily to see if we needed anything. The beds were very comfortable!

Upon arrival I had to step out thinking that I was in the wrong hotel. This hotel is falsely advertised, there are no Koi fish, no turtles, no waterfalls and no atrium. I was disappointed as this was the only reason that I booked. Also it gets worse, my room had no trash bags in any of the cans, previous guest toilet paper, and the tub would clog up. I did call from desk and was told, "thank you we will noted it down. Also beware left side elevator gets stuck and left buttons don't work. Much better hotels closer in the park at an affordable price. The best thing was the lovely lady making the omelets and the person picking up plates, they were so friendly and made us feel welcomed.

My wife and I have gone here many times for our Disney trip!!! We have loved every time we go and always recommend it. Just went this last weekend and did not enjoy it. They refurbished the inside to make it look like another boring hotel and not it's fun whimsical lobby. Our rooms weren't very clean and the shower curtain was not big enough and leaked all over the floor. The shower was clogged and caused the tub to fill while showering. The shuttle service to Disney is horrible as well. Never on time and is super confusing to use. I've always loved to stay here but now will go somewhere else.

We stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton on Harbor Boulevard as it is only 10 minutes drive to Disneyland. Good thing that we didn’t read the negative reviews for this hotel before staying here. Yes, we were not made aware of the apparent ongoing constructions going on to renovate the lobby area. But, it didn’t affect our stay at all as it was not loud. We stopped by the hotel to see if they’d allow early check in (around 8:45am) and they didn’t. However, they did give us a complimentary pass for the free breakfast. This was nice as we were able to fuel our bodies before going to Disneyland. We liked the good breakfast buffet with made to order omelette station and other traditional breakfast items from sausage to breakfast porridge. We ordered the made to order omelette and top it with the salsa on the omelette. The eating/lobby area was quite large. Staff constantly refilling juice, water and coffee stations. They also took away plates and clean tables thoroughly after used. To park at the hotel parking lot, there is a $20 per night charge. Shuttle bus ride was available to hotel guests to Disneyland for $6 per person. We checked in late after visiting Disneyland. Our room was on the 11th floor. We were pleasantly surprised of how clean and spacious our room was. We have two queen beds. There is a sitting room with TV and desks as we walked in. Then the kitchen and bathroom were sandwiched between the sitting room and the bedroom. The room was renovated with new flooring and the bathroom was spacious and modern. The towels smelled fresh with a hint of bleach. The mattress was comfortable and nice pillows were provided. Some of the hotel rooms have the view of the fireworks at Disneyland. Housekeeping was well done and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

We recently stayed at Embassy Suites Orange off North College Blvd from 10/27-10/29. The location was ideal, close to Disneyland and Christ Cathedral, which made our outings super convenient. The breakfast was fantastic, with a good variety that really set us up for each day.||However, the guest services fell short. Upon arrival, we found our room lacked basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and the in-room phone wasn’t working, so we couldn’t call guest services directly. We requested our room to be serviced to address these missing items. While the bed was made, and fresh towels were provided, there were still no toiletries when we returned. It really made us question the thoroughness of the room checks and cleaning standards.||While this hotel is great for location and breakfast, the lack of attention to detail in guest services was disappointing.

The rooms itself were nice and spacious. The happy hour was very disappointing - all they provided was chips and some old looking veggies. Other Embassy Suites provide more for their guests. Breakfast was mediocre - pancakes were crunchy. Overall, the rooms were still good and the location is convenient. Elevators are very slow. The staff needs to really step up the breakfast and happy hour.
