This hotel may have been the busiest hotel I’ve ever been in. The happy hour was just crazy. I have to say they handled it pretty well. ||The room was in good shape, seemed clean and well taken care of, but the sofa bed; yuck. ||There were three of us and we needed to use the sleep sofa. When we opened it, there were seeds, crumbs and such on the sheets. Called housekeeping and the front desk and they said they’d bring clean stuff up; waited for an hour, nothing. I called again, said they were working on it, however, the hotel was sold out. ||Finally I went down to the housekeeping laundry area, found a person from the front desk and she gave me clean sheets and one pillow. Said that was all she had. ||This hotel is fine to stay at, but could be so much better. The associates just need to have a sense of urgency in what they are doing. ||I’d say, the GM needs to step up their game and take this place over the top. It all starts there.

Booked this at the last minute (3Pm Oct 13) and arrived at 4pm- I loved it!!!!!! Room was big- couch. table wet bar microwave oven small refrigerator a separate room with king size bed nice bathroom with a great shower I received a drink coupon for a daily Happy hour and also a coupon for a free breakfast the next day. Happy hour was great lots of food to pick from and a great variety of drinks also. Bed was very comfortable- breakfast had several choices- buffet and also an egg station as well I thoroughly enjoyed the pancakes and sausage- Checkout was a breeze and the complimentary shuttle to the airport is definitely a bonus!!! I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again!!

We stayed at this property for 1 night and parked our car during a cruise. This made for an excellent value compared to paying separately for a hotel and port parking. We checked in the day before and our room was ready when we arrived. The desk staff were very helpful.||The property is an older Embassy but has been renovated. Our room was spacious and clean but we weren't left with a full set of towels. It took 2 calls and a visit to the desk to get the towels. Some parts of the room remain dated and weren't completely renovated. For instance, a door on the bar area was clearly damaged but was just painted over. This is an airport hotel and the aircraft noise is significant......this could be problematic for light sleepers.||There's a nice pool area that wasn't crowded. Breakfast is standard for Embassy but was done well. I don't think the hotel was crowded.....the breakfast area looked much busier when we picked up our car on a Saturday morning.||We would stay again.

I recently stayed at the Miami Hilton Airport hotel from December 7 to December 9. On Sunday, upon returning to my room, I noticed the door was left open. We immediately contacted the front desk to inform them, and the agent suggested we check if anything was missing and to call back if needed. We checked all of our belongings and ensured everything appeared in place, but we also checked behind doors, under the bed, in the bathroom, and the armoire to make sure no one was inside. In hindsight, we probably should have asked for assistance and had someone come up to inspect the room instead of proceeding on our own.||I called the hotel later, after returning from my cruise, to express my concerns about the lack of follow-up and communication regarding the incident. I spoke with someone named Danielle, who attempted to justify the situation by explaining that housekeeping had left the door open. While we had already been informed of this, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and concern for our safety. Danielle mentioned the manager was unavailable but then revealed the manager was listening to our conversation on speakerphone. When I requested to speak with the manager, she laughed and said the manager had “gone back out front.” I was left feeling disrespected and unheard.||The lack of accountability, communication, and disregard for guest safety is appalling. As a woman traveling alone, I found this experience especially troubling. The hotel did not seem to care about the safety of its guests, nor did it demonstrate any commitment to resolving the issue or following up with us to ensure we were okay.||I will never stay at this hotel again and strongly advise others to consider their safety and the level of customer service when booking here.
