I’d like to commend the entire staff at the Four Seasons Baltimore for their outstanding service. From the valet team and front desk to room service, management, and housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. My wife and I celebrated her birthday and our 4th wedding anniversary, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment we made our reservation to check-in and check-out, we received impeccable customer service. It felt as though we were the only guests in the hotel—the staff catered to our every need with such attention and care.

The room, the views, and the services were all top-notch! We’re already looking forward to our next stay, and hopefully, we’ll get to experience the Executive Suite next time. If you’re ever in the Baltimore area, do yourself a favor and book a stay at the Four Seasons. You will not be disappointed!

Quick, friendly check-in and check-out. Spotless throughout, including the cleanest parking garage I've ever seen. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom was enormous. Thoughtful touches throughout the room. Breakfast at Maximon was very good.

I had a fantastic stay. Everything from check-in to housekeeping was on point! There was a slight hiccup during my stay, but Jorge immediately helped remedy it. That's what makes a luxury hotel stand out from the rest and makes it worth the investment of the stay. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and even with the weddings going on in the hotel, I didn't hear any ambient noise as I tried to sleep, which was impressive. And the views are stunning! ||If you get a chance, stop by the Maximón bar for a spicy margarita made by Carlos. And if you want a great full-service experience, sit with Zoe! She made my dining experiences special.

From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The check in process was very fast and convenient, and the room was absolutely spotless. The views of the Inner Harbor from the 17th floor were also spectacular, especially at night! Housekeeping visited the room several times each day to clean and tidy up, ensuring the room was always in excellent shape throughout my entire stay.

Four Seasons Baltimore was outstanding and is absolutely worth the booking if you are in the area! We stayed one night for the Red Sox/Orioles game (as a staycation since we live in the DC area) and everything about our stay was perfect. We arrived at 3:30 and our room wasn't ready but the manager invited us for appetizers and drinks while the room was finished. Food and beverage in the bar were great. We stayed in an executive suite (1624) and the room was awesome with a personal note from the staff and a nice bottle of wine. Probably one of the most comfortable bed/pillow combinations we've ever had (in over 100 countries). 80 minute massage was spot-on and highly recommended. We had Sunday Brunch and it also did not disappoint. From our experience, you can always count on Four Seasons to provide the best accommodations and customer service in the hotel industry. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It's the Four Seasons, I have stayed at many of these. As usual, it is great but this one particularly because it is near the harbour and has excellent food options around it. The bar upstairs, Bygone, is super nice and has excellent views. The service is awesome. Totally worth the stay.

Top notch service as to be expected. Location on the harbor is great and allows walkability to many restaurants and shops. Staff were all beyond helpful, had one small issue with TV in room and within a single call had someone up to look in less than a few minutes and fully prepared to move us to a new room if couldn’t be addressed. Couldn’t have been happier with their attentiveness.

We stay at Four Seasons all over the world and are obsessed with the brand. This location misses the mark on a few areas.

First, the pros:

Customer service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Everyone working here is incredible.

The Spa really makes this location worth visiting again. It is one of the best spas we’ve visited for sure!

Now, the cons:

Location. If you enjoy the city of Baltimore, you will likely have a good time here. We discovered we are not fans of Baltimore. It’s very loud at all hours of the day (motorcycles, sirens, cars with loud music), lots of homelessness right outside the hotel, and just not somewhere you would deem “a getaway location”.

The hotel rooms are not as clean and well maintained as other Four Seasons locations. I get that it’s a big city and perhaps an older building but Four Seasons New York City is pristine every time we visit.

The rooftop pool has wonderful views but the pool was packed with loud drunks and screaming kids each day we were there. If you’re looking for peaceful relaxation, you’ll likely be disappointed.

If we went again to this location it would be only for the spa.
