We had a lovely stay at the hotel for a weekend and can't wait to visit again. The property is gorgeous; the lobby and Chandelier Bar are exactly what you would expect from a Four Seasons, and our room was quiet, spacious and incredibly comfortable. We had at table booked our first night at Chemin á la Mer, which was lively on a Friday, but unfortunately we did not stay long as my wife was not feeling well, and this brings me to something I would like to say about how wonderful the staff were in looking after her. Wine director Emily came and spoke to us as our table was ready and told us we need not hurry, and they went out of their way to make sure she was ok. We did end up going back to our room and having room service, which was still very nice, and Emily even sent sorbet for my wife, again, showing how much they care. We had drinks at Miss River the next night before dinner and the atmosphere, quality of drinks and service there were all excellent. Breakfast every morning at Chemin á la Mer was also fantastic, with the views of the sun rising over the Mississippi River. All in all, a fantastic stay, and we can't wait to visit agin.

Went to check out the bar and ambience and whether this Four Seasons is worth staying at. I have stayed at other Four Seasons and do love it minus the pretentious. This bar was ok but the service was beyond poor for a hotel of this class. After first drink, the server never came back to ask for another drink or give a check. After 20 minutes of waiting, I had to go find her to get the check and get out of this proverbial five star hell. Left no tip and will never go back here. Not even for free.

Gorgeous property in New Orleans. The rooms are clean and beautiful! The staff is outstanding! The front desk staff were a tremendous help getting an unforeseen issue (on my end) solved quickly and efficiently. The gentleman that assisted getting myself and my bag to my room, helped locate multiple boxes that were shipped from the office to the hotel for a conference that were lost (handled in less than 15 minutes). In room dining was timely and delicious. I can’t say enough about how positive my experience was.

We travel to New Orleans approx 10 times per year and the Four Seasons is the best of all the many hotels available in the City. This includes the famous Four Seasons bed and linens, and the modern bathroom and shower. The gym and fitness area is the largest of the hotels in Nola and the lap pool and hot tub are first class. We also enjoy the service and quality of food in the 5th floor restaurant for breakfast and dinners too. They always have been able to fit us in without reservations even for late arrivals at almost 10pm. We've never had a bad experience in the Four Seasons New Orleans.

Came for the weekend with my family and was skeptical because of the bad reviews. Was I mistaken. The breath taking lobby bar as you enter was out of this world. The rooms were very spacious and we had a great river view. Are at all the restaurants and they too were very good. The concierge was also very helpful and friendly. Thank You Four Seasons!!

I requested at the time of my booking to not be in a room by elevators. I was told at the time of check in that my room was not by elevators. I went to my room & found out that it was located RIGHT NEXT TO THE ELEVATORS!!!! I had to listen to the sound of elevators CONSTANTLY going up & down throughout the ENTIRETY of my stay! Also I requested EXTRA towels PRIOR to my stay but EVERYDAY we had to REQUEST towels & when we would receive them they would only be 2 sets which is not sufficient enough for us. The pancakes that we ordered via room service tasted like flavorless fried flour. We ordered a cheese pizza via room service & it was DELICIOUS! We order 2 more the very next night & they were COLD, BURNT & DISGUSTING!!!!….Our shower would NOT stop dripping….the closet lights would NOT cut off & when I notified the staff they said an engineer would fix the issue, however all they did was simply take out the bulb which left us without lighting for the duration of our stay!!!…Sebastian(front desk clerk) was AMAZING!!!!! He was the ONLY bright spot in this HORRIFIC stay!!! We will NOT be returning!!!

The hotel itself may be nice , but the way they treat the employees is pathetic. The turn around in employment at this location is terrible. No one is ever there long enough to get anything accomplished. Under staffed almost every day, and expected to work when your not onsite or even on the clock. Management never responds in a reasonable amount of time to any concerns to employees. It's a good thing this city is a popular spot for extravagant guests to keep this place going. No wonder they were in the tabloids for funding issues. TERRIBLE WORK PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a great stay at this hotel! They checked us in super early which was very helpful (like, 10AM, incredible). The pool and service there is really nice. The spa is available to guests and the steam room is sick.

The chandelier bar when you walk in is awesome!
