Great customer service! They were very quick with my big order for softball shirts and always kept me updated on the progress of them. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for custom made shirts or jerseys.

Very unprofessional. The lack of communication was frustrating. I had a simple design and they got it completely wrong. And when I asked them to fix their mistakes they refused and tried to offer me a partial refund. I wasted time, energy and effort with these people. They are not friendly towards AA customers so take your business elsewhere if you’re wise. I am a native Memphian and Entrepreneur that will never do business with this company again.

Edited: that response is not true. They did not go above and beyond. They did the absolute bare minimum and expected me to accept mediocre results. I asked them to redo my order and that I will pay for any up changes but they refused. They lacked ownership for their mistakes, refused to presume responsibility, and went back and forth emailing me while basically admitting that they profiled me from the moment I stepped in the door. They didn’t write down anything that I was telling them. Except one small detail for a word change on a sticky note, so it didn’t surprise me that they messed everything up. Their lack of professionalism was very shocking though. And it’s not defamation to share my honest experience. Also what does diversity mean to you all? I don’t see diversity on their social media page. Just a sprinkle of blackness to appease the times.
