I was excited to stay at this hotel for a conference that I was attending. Online it appeared to be a beautiful location. My stay, however, was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly staff and given an upgrade to their newly remodeled tower rooms. That evening, I was struggling to breathe and my asthma/allergies were really bothering me. I found out that they allow pets to stay in their rooms. There is no designated pet room and I was told that they deep clean the rooms after a pet leaves. I explain to them that this does not always get rid of pet dander and that it can easily get in the air vent. They were helpful and came and cleaned my entire room for me and that did seem to help my allergies the next night.
Unfortunately, my next two nights included a very large group of young, drunk kids that were allowed to run in the hallways and be loud with no regards to any of the other hotel guests. Both nights I had to contact the front desk at 2am to ask them to help. The first night they seem quiet down by 2:30 AM. But then they were back the next night. I don’t understand why they were allowed to do the same thing the next night.
I am actually writing this review from my room right now. and I cannot attach the video of how loud they are.
I would not recommend this hotel

For a 4 star hotel, while the hotel is spacious and seems luxurious walking in, I was expecting a little bit better for food. The options are pretty terrible. Room service is VERY limited, and there is only ONE restaurant open on site during the weekend, and they also have a VERY limited menu. It's basically the same as what you can get for room service, but the options are even more limited. I had a salad for lunch, for which I paid $23 for like 3oz of chicken and some romaine lettuce, and a burger for dinner, which was pretty clearly made from a frozen patty, for which they had the audacity of charging $28. The other food options are a grab and go market ($8 for 1L of water, laughable) and a fancy restaurant not open on Sundays or Mondays. Suggest Doordashing meals if you want options.

The hotel uses multi-use bathroom products (vs single use) but as is often the case w situations like this, housekeeping does not always check for refill needs. So I had no shower wash the first day. I left a note to refill.

Don’t know how clean the sheet are either. Pulled back the cover and saw this. Moved to the other bed. Gross.

Besides the above, the common areas are pretty nice, as is the staff. The gym is tiny unless you pay $25 for access to the fancy gym / spa, which for me, was worth it. The grounds are nice and has interesting sculptures throughout

While the hotel is generally fine........
Room service is a complete disaster.
Covid has been over for 3 years and guess what:

No paper menu in room
Required to order online (couldn't call down and talk to order taker with questions)
Outrageous prices--burger, appetizer crab cake, 2 waters---$72. Sorry, not a reasonable value especially since ---are you ready---the order was dropped off in the corridor in front of my room and served in a paper bag.
Not a standard Hilton should allow.

Wont ever use room service in a Hilton again!

This place screamed luxury all around (and the prices at all of the on site restaurants/ gift shop areas reflect this as well!!) A bit of a gulp to spend $5/ 20oz soda from the convenience shop.
That being said, you expect to pay more for luxury. I guess I was there on the wrong weekend for my professional conference because my second night the hotel was inundated with high school and young college students who enjoyed blasting their music at night then after addressed by security still managed to run around drunk and loud in the hallways between 12 and 1am. That was incredibly frustrating to deal with when I'm already paying so much for the level of this hotel!

I was also annoyed at all the extra ways to charge you more. I booked with my conference block for the first few nights at a discounted (still exorbitant price) then had to pay full price for the extra night) then I arrive to find that they want to charge me more for the privilege of keeping the same room between those days! I decided I could handle packing my bags and leaving them with the concierge for the day and honestly glad I did given the neighbors at the end of my first part of the stay. Still ridiculous to me-- if anything-- it would have saved the hotel money on reduced cleaning fees to keep me in the same room, but whatever.

The on site eating place expenses were so crazy it was more affordable for me to door dash my meals because even with delivery fees (and not getting fast food) I think I still saved on cost that way.

Overall I didn't feel the experience was worth the insane prices and next time I'll Uber in daily for the conference.

The hotel itself is nice, clean, and spacious. Starbucks is fast and efficient, so that was a plus:

However, the services are lacking. The valet parking was an absolute hassle. Each time I wanted something from my car or to put something into my car, I had to wait for them to actually go get my car and pull it up to the front. I could not just get my own key and go to my car - that I could see from where I was standing. This took more time than necessary and took more time by cluttering the entrance.

Also, the text service did not work for valet.
The hotel could not allow a late check out.

All in all, the hotel is great, but the services are lacking.

I am very glad we decided to try this place. It is a beautiful property. Our room was nice, the service was very good, and the food options were wonderful as well. We also enjoyed just walking around the property and viewing all the art on display. The pools are very nice as well. We come to Dallas several times a year for concerts and theater performances. This property is definitely on our list of places we like to stay when we visit Dallas.
