Belle salle de bain bien équipée avec douche. |Chambre assez belle et bien équipée avec frigidaire un Micro onde une cafetière et Coffre de sûreté. Avions chambre sur un coin qui donnait sur une superbe belle vue. Déjeuner très très ordinaire le minimum...et pas de patates.|Matelas très mou mais bonne literie

We recently reserved a room at this hotel and were impressed by the outstanding customer service. Upon check-in, we encountered a small issue with our room, but the staff, especially Zach, handled it with exceptional professionalism and care. Zach went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, quickly resolving the matter and making sure we were happy. The attention to detail and their willingness to help made all the difference, and we truly appreciated their hospitality.

Nice room and friendly staff the bar /restaurant is good too . The indoor outdoor pool would be great if the indoor part wasn’t ice cold . Don’t be fooled if your bringing kids who want to swim it ain’t happening no heat in the inside pool area may as well be outside. They shouldn’t even advertise it as an inside and outside pool

This may not be the hotel for you if you have kids or like to be cool while sleeping.
Indoor pool, but not heated.
Thermostat in room is set up by motion sensors, so unless you sleep walk during the night, you will get very hot.
The bathroom door opens up right at the toilet, very small.
We checked in and had 1 bath towel.
No microwave in the room.
Very small trash cans.
The shower door would not stay shut.
No laundry on site.
Pros. Right across the road from six flags.
Walking distance to restaurants.
Outdoor pool I’m sure would be nice in warmer weather.

Faith at the front counter and check in was one of the nicest most efficient front desk personnel I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. People like her are a shining light in a world of darkness. She was kind, helpful, and full of smiles. Thank you Faith for taking care of me and my crew!

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Despite booking and paying for a "Deluxe" room for two nights, I was informed upon arrival that none were available. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I never got to speak to the manager and was repeatedly given the runaround by the reception staff.

Additionally, the room I was given had not been properly cleaned—the toilet was unflushed and a bedside lamp wasn't working. When I requested a new bulb, I was told "Engineering is currently unavailable." On asking to be given a bulb to replace it myself, I was told "only Engineering can handle bulbs." What?!

After my stay, I attempted to get a refund for the price difference between the Deluxe and standard room rates, but after numerous calls and long waits, the hotel staff finally refused, claiming there was no difference between the two types of rooms. Then why are there two room rates in the first place?

This experience was exceptionally poor compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, where staff usually try their best to ensure a pleasant stay. Maybe the staff is underpaid, or the location is understaffed? Either way, not my problem as the customer.

I recommend avoiding this hotel due to the poor service and misleading room categories. I maintained a general feeling of helplessness while I was at the hotel which is not something I want to feel away from home.

For what you pay you don't even get a microwave in the room and you don't even get free breakfast smh. The rooms were good with comfy beds and near where we were going. The staff were friendly.

Do not order the breakfast. Maybe no food! Trying to have a special breakfast. We ordered breakfast and it doesn't even come up on real plates, but to-go containers. What in the world. Then the waffles were cold and rock hard. My butter would not even melt. And my eggs were supposed to be over easy but they were hard. I kept them though, I had to eat something.
