Spend a long weekend here for a birthday celebration. Everything was great, no issues checking in or out, valet was very friendly and convenient. Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. I requested a room change on day two for an oceanfront, staff was very accommodating, and when we got back to the hotel in the afternoon, all our belongings were moved to the beautiful room which we enjoyed for the rest of our visit. The rooms were very clean and the view was amazing! I would not hesitate to stay here again, and the hotel was very quiet, both day and night.

We stayed at the Hilton Cabana over Thanksgiving break 2024. We went out to the beach every morning and were very pleased with our service. Sal especially was very friendly and attentive and making sure our umbrella was moved to accommodate the sun every couple of hours. They also had a drink and food service on the beach with a variety of menu items that arrived quickly. There were plenty of chairs available so the beach never felt crowded and gave us the relaxing vacation we had hoped for.

We had such a great time at the resort. The rooms are a little dated, not what I would have expected for the price. The employees and bar staff were great. I recommend the Tempura Shrimp and Yucca as well as the Peanut Butter Tequila. The front desk staff was excellent! Dylan in particular was wonderful to work with. He was so friendly and gave us some great recommendations for dining and fun. We took the Miami bus tour from the recommendation of the concierge and were very disappointed with. Not worth the money or the time wasted.

The Hilton Cabana Resort is an amazing place! I spent most of my time relaxing on the beach. Donovan & Alfredo were of great assistance with helping sure that my time at the beach all 3 days I came was comfortable & enjoyable! Great people & awesome vibes. Would highly recommend staying here but mostly enjoying the beach area!

My family regularly comes to this hotel and we love it. The location is ideal. The rooms are nice. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The one thing that knocked the score down is that valet parking is quite expensive and they do not issue a discount for it if guests stay for a longer period of time (Ouch).

I had a lot of issues at this property. Service and maintenance were both below average. I made multiple requests for management to follow up with me and was ignored. If I hadn't prepaid I would have checked out after the first night! I was in town for 3 weeks, stayed here for 1, and would suggest staying at the residence inn down the road for a much better value. The only thing this property has is a better location for nearby restaurants to walk to.

Monique was our server at the hotel restaurant, and she was very friendly and courteous. I wanted to order something from the dinner menu at lunch and she was more than happy to check with the cooking stuff to make sure it was possible. She talked to the head chief Leo and they were able to make it happen. I could not be any more appreciative.

Hotel location is great. We would have loved to enjoy the ocean but it was very windy during our stay.

Would certainly come back again.

Miami has been on my bucket list for 20 years, so I greatly anticipated my four nights in this City. We booked our Florida holiday through Ocean Florida so they selected the Hilton Cabana for our Miami stay, and having studied the Hilton website all looked good. As with any hotel review it really boils down to the pros and the cons so here goes.|Cons - valet parking is essential, but at $50 + tax per night welcome to Miami !!, the housekeeping was sporadic, one day they arrived at 4pm after us having to ask for it, the resort fee is another $39.99 daily, this does include two bottles of water, beach towels, sun-beds and two hour free bike hire, but if like us, you are out sightseeing most of the day that is just money for nothing, the condo next to our room block was being refurbished Monday to Friday, so forget any lay-in’s, the hotel is on Collins Ave, so past 6pm it becomes a bit of a race track so cue lots of fast cars loudly accelerating up it. |Pros - Our room was spacious and well laid out, it had two queen sized beds with a well equipped bathroom and a excellent shower, all the necessary amenities were supplied iron, hairdryer, toiletries and a good supply of towels, the TV was impressive with on demand channels and the A/C was very good. The two hotel pools and access to Miami Beach were superb, so from that point of view the hotel made great sense|In summary don’t expect a resort, but as a hotel it’s r serves the purpose, the parking and resort taxes are annoying and pricey, but I would imagine are an average cost if you want pool and beach access and a stay on Collins Ave. functional and pleasant without ever feeling you have been pampered.
