Absolutely unacceptable experience.
The reception staff was shockingly rude when we expressed our concerns about the loud, dusty, and disruptive renovations happening on-site. Instead of addressing the issue, they dismissed us with complete indifference.

The so-called “paid breakfast” was beyond disgraceful – one cold, rubbery egg, a stale, rock-hard piece of bread, and not a single drink or even water provided. To make matters worse, we were forced to eat on dirty, dusty tables while sitting on equally dusty chairs. It felt more like a construction site than a place for paying guests.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Google, please introduce this option for situations like this. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being treated poorly and paying for misery.

Note: the hotel manager still not realized his/her problem. They asked me to contact them, but not contact me directly to apologize for the bad service at all.

Room had urine smell, probably from dog since facility is pet friendly. Prefer non-pet friendly. Waffle and bacon were undercooked and pastries were cold. Possibly better served by making some features self serve. The omelet was good.

Great place to stay. For the price; its value for your money. Though it could have been better. It was just the loud noise I don’t know from what outside. If it was the generators which kept on cutting off and on . That really affected my sleep. Otherwise , it’s a great place to stay. Staff are exceptional

5 days after my visit, the lasting impression I have of this hotel was the service I received from Zenaida! She had a contagious joy about her, was more than accommodating, and so friendly throughout. This was my second trip, and both times she stood out above the comfortable rooms, the excellent breakfast service, and the great location.

I don’t know how this chain is considered a Hilton, more in line with a Motel 6. The “smoke free” room smelled like someone had smoked ten minutes before I got there. The top sheet looked dirty and gray, and the bathtub was absolutely disgusting. The lobby had the same shabby look and feel. The personnel were disgruntled and had little to no will to be there apparently. The guy at the front desk, Johnny, was borderline rude and of little help. Location was meh, nothing to write home about. Would not recommend.

The hotel is very clean and put together as are all the rooms I’ve stayed in here. The staff has been on top of everything I have needed while I have stayed here. This will be the only hotel I stay at in Austin from here on out. Christopher who works the front desk is top tier and always ready to help with whatever I need or questions I have. 10/10 recommend.

I am leaving this review specifically for the great customer service and hospitality received by the front desk agent, Christopher. He’s wonderful and makes the stays here better compared to other places I’ve stayed at.

This location is near many restaurants (highly recommend to book reservations as everything around always has a wait) and the rooms are clean and spacious
