I waited in line upon arrival for 20 minutes to check in. When I got to the desk I found out I accidentally booked the room for day after I was arriving (my fault) instead of the night I was coming into town. I asked about switching the reservation to tonight and guy at the desk informed me that they were sold out. I immediately walked outside, booked the room and then walked back inside. Waited in line another 10 minutes, checked in with the same guy. Got into the room and the AC was busted and it was 80 degrees. Called about the room and their response was that I needed to turn off the AC and that it was an old building. I told them that wasn't acceptable to have a room you can't cool so they offered to move us to a different room. I go downstairs, wait in line another 10 minutes and then talk to the guys coworker and asked for a manager. He asks why I explained the whole situation to him and pointed to the guy at the desk next to him and he lied straight to my face about them being sold out. Then the guy that originally helped me replied that at the time there were no rooms available. I said that was odd because I was able to book a room within 30 seconds of walking away from the counter and now they are moving us to a different room so clearly there are multiple rooms available. They have the worst customer service at this location that I've ever seen at a Hilton property.

Our experience here was not good due to my truck being broke into. We stayed here 11/11-11/13 for a ankle surgery my son was having at the Scottish Rite hospital. The front desk people were good. I think the people at night were better. We had dinner here at the onsite restaurant. We got the salmon and it was surprisingly good. The room service people did good with upkeep of the room. I found out later that the location gets hit frequently with vehicle break ins. Take precautions to make sure your vehicle doesn’t become a target.

When I booked via the Hilton app, no mention of being charged to park. Nothing special or secure about the parking to charge for it. Rooms were clean, lobby was nice. That’s about it. As you get off the elevator you quickly realize this is an old hotel and needs to be remodeled asap. The room had an awful smell. Maybe from old carpet, AC, not sure-but gross. AC did ok, however the room was humid. Add that to nasty smell-disgusting. Bathroom was clean, but tub is extremely old. Beds are very uncomfortable This place needs help. And shame on Hilton for not working on it.

We learned after having our truck broken into the first night that vehicle break-ins are a recurring problem at this hotel. We were parked in the front of the hotel along the right side and although we were told that security patrol the lot, it did not prevent our window from being busted out and items being stolen. We were never informed until the next morning when we went out to our vehicle what had occurred. The parking lot is fenced but that didn’t help either.

Aesthetically, the hotel is outdated but it was very convenient to a conference I was attending. Because of our experience, we would never stay there again.

I have never written a review before but this place was so egregiously bad with service that I needed to write one. I needed a copy of my receipt and called the front desk about 5 times throughout the day and no answer. I tried again the next day and finally got to someone. I gave him my e-mail address and he said it would be coming through in a few minutes, it didn't. I called and asked for it again breaking down each letter thinking they wrote it wrong and he said he got it this time and I should see it in my inbox in a bit, still didn't get it. I called my travel agency to see if they could receive it and after a few minutes on hold she puts me on speaker with the hotel management and the man is upset screaming, "Ok this is the third time, he did not give me that e-mail address last time". Excuse me sir, can you do standard procedure and read back my e-mail address to make sure this doesn't happen? And why are you upset for me trying to get a receipt a third time cause you can't listen? Do you think I want to spend my Friday asking for a receipt three times?

We’ve stayed at this exact location every year for the last 4 years. This year will be our last. There was a horrible smell of sewage gas in the lobby and 3rd floor halls. Thankfully not in our room. The room was very poorly cared for, crummy paint over old paint in bathroom. Poor caulking around tub, old tub. The toilet made the most horrendous sound when flushed. The shower water pressure was so hard it was uncomfortable. The mattress needs replacing. Our room was “made” but not restocked with coffee or water.
I’m very surprised that they are allowed to have the Hilton name outside. The service was 3 starts, I was immediately brought extra pillows when I requested them.

Check in 10/19 check in was okay the lady at the front desk let me know that breakfast was from 7-11 but fail to mention it was $15 per person. Breakfast was a whole different story I was asked three different times if I had a breakfast ticket twice by the same lady instead of telling me what I needed after almost feeling offended I go to speak with a guy at the desk he proceeded to tell me I didn’t buy breakfast with my stay keep in mind the told for one night is $185. Instead of him telling me how I can purchase breakfast and it can be charged to my room or the ladies should be able to assist me he basically shooed me off then proceeds to come talk Spanish with the ladies helping with breakfast. I finally stopped the a lady that was passing through who is employed at the hotel could I pay after feeling like I was gonna steal breakfast. The room was clean to my surprise after seeing how outdated everything was. There were three amazing employees the manager Jeorge, I think his name was Dalton he was working with the manager when I met them both and a tall lady walking through breakfast with a smile beautiful as the sun I didn’t get her name. I definitely won’t stay here again. I have been staying at some wired Hiltons lately some I’m trying to figure out how they got to be apart of the brand and I’m enrolled in Hilton honors.

Let me start by saying the room was dirty and the toilet had feces, yes someone didn’t flush after being done. I was going to let that fly since the manager and front desk person were really nice, well that’s until I check out with a different person. Desiree please do yourself a favor and find a job that doesn’t involve customer service.
