An absolute disgrace for a Hilton establishment! We are a family of six, all medical professionals, who booked two rooms at this hotel 1 week ago. Having stayed in Hilton hotels all over the world, we have never encountered such a humiliating and scandalous situation. The manager of the night SERGIO VACA is the worst person I have ever dealt with. Not only was he rude, but he also made RACIST and deeply discriminatory remarks towards our family. He arrogantly told us that people like us had no place here and that his salary didn’t depend on our presence. To make matters worse, he demanded $75 per bag to store them at the hotel—outright theft! His attitude was authoritarian, insulting, and unworthy of any professional, let alone someone representing such a renowned chain. This behavior is intolerable and a total humiliation. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel as long as this individual works there. Even one star is far too generous for such an experience!

It was a great stay. The room was clean and spacious and felt like home! Good breakfast food. Pleasant and helpful staff. Restaurant and bar, and gym downstairs and footsteps away from the Dolphin Mall!

Impeccably clean!!! Courteous staff. Many amenities including laundry service and delicious restaurant options. Very quiet. Intelligent hotel design including noise reduction rooms for ice machines, private elevators, exits, and entrances, and e chargers. Near the malls, on the bus route, pet friendly, cute rooms. Not really very hot water but nothing else bad.

Upon checking into the hotel we were met with rude remarks by the front desk agent Cris. Payment was authorized prior to arriving to the hotel, then once we were there he made comments about us not having money to stay there. From there on out he continued to antagonize me and my party the entire stay.

My room was not properly cleaned. There was food in the microwave from the previous guest and when asked to have the room properly serviced the front desk told us they would handle it when we left…the food was still in the microwave and we would only get one set of towels.

Also, we didn’t have blankets/comforters on the beds. Just one thin sheets. Our requests for service were continually met with hostility and lackluster service.

I initially left this review private with the hotel, but after zero correspondence or attempts to make it right I’m on google. I originally booked at another Hilton location 20+ mins away from my festivities and I wish I had stuck with my first choice.

I am disgusted by how nasty the staff and room were. Truly have never had any experience like this when traveling.

The main thing about the hotel that's located next to Dolphin Mall is that the main issue is getting into the hotels parking lot. If you miss the entrance, then you have to find a way to circle around and try again.

The rooms were spacious and clean with some stains on the chair, as shown in the picture. but they had thin walls, so you may hear loudness in the next room.

The hotel has breakfast, but I was never told about whether it was free or not, so I didn't try it.

The checkout was fast and meaningless. No, how was your stay, or was there anything wrong? Just thank you and goodbye.

2nd time I've noticed an occasional strong Marijuana smell in room. Not the hotels fault, but still bothersome. Rooms seem small compared to others, but very nice and work well. Overall I still enjoy staying here.

Excellent hotel and pleasant staff close to Dolphin Mall. We had a 3 day meeting here. The facilities are excellent for hosting meetings, the rooms are quite comfortable. The meeting was well hosted and the food was great! The lady cleaning the rooms was also very helpful and pleasant. Water is always free here so this is a good place to be!!
