Un hotel bun, unde am stat in trecut, cand nu erau telefoane inteligente. Camerele sunt mari, spatioase, iar locatia este foarte bună, aproape de Terminalul de unde pleaca vasele de croazieră. Ce nu mi-a placut atunci e ca nu aveau seif in cameră. Poate in prezent au.

Hotel pulito, camere grandi e comode. Hanno sono prese americane e attacchi USB. Unica nota negativa, l'aria condizionata davvero troppo alta, nei locali comuni fa freddo in camera si può regolare la temperatura a proprio piacimento.
Divertitevi a capire come funzionano gli ascensori!!!!!

This Hilton is a top-notch hotel with amazing room service. The room service was surprisingly fast. The salmon sandwich was delicious. The front desk staff were exceptional! I was wowed by their professionalism and attentiveness. They were genuinely nice people , and I found that refreshing. If you have the extra $$, please splurge on a corner suite. They're luxurious. You won't be disappointed!

The decorations were festive and with good taste. The guy at the valet was respectful and looked like he was happy to work there and to take care of us. He gave us great recommendations. Rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant was good. We didn't encounter an employee who didn't show Hilton brand. We will go back

I am impressed by the service this Hilton had provided so far.

I usually pick between Hilton, Marriott or Hyatt depending on prices. This time it was Hilton. They upgraded me to a suite because of my diamond status.

The room is big, has a sofa bed. 2 queen beds. A table of 4 to sit. And a study desk. With 2 side glass views of the bay and downtown.

The room is quite large, it has a huge bath tub, and a toilet with a bidet. The rooms can be connected to make into a family style if you have more than one room booked.

Pool is nice, the whole area is pretty cute to sit around. You can relax grab a drink and eat at their lounge restsurant.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The room we paid for was one of the most expensive and it was NOT clean. We also waited in the lobby with 3 small children for FOUR hours until the room was ready. I felt as though they overbooked or had some error on their part. It’s interesting how long it took for the room to be ready for us yet the next morning we had someone knocking to clean before it was even close to check out time. Won’t be coming again which is unfortunate because it’s so close to the cruising port!
