Aubrey the bellhop was fantastic: extremely helpful, friendly, and kind! We enjoyed his assistance with our luggage and making conversation with him. Gwen, Shamel, and Deja at the front desk were also great! This is a wonderful hotel with excellent service, amenities, and atmosphere. The food and drinks in the Albert restaurant were delicious, especially the espresso martini. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, and relaxing. They have two robots who also deliver room service/towels/water to your room! We thought it was very inventive and fun. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling and staying in Chicago.

Incredible experience! Hotel rooms were extremely nice. All hotel personnel were fantastic! Aubrey, Kierra, and Gwen were very friendly and helpful! The robots were super cool that brought us some amenities. Highly recommend this hotel. The Albert was incredible too. Absolutely delicious food. We’ll definitely be back!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Michigan Avenue, making it easy to explore the area.||||One of the highlights of my visit was the robot that delivers room service! It added a fun and modern twist to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in a prime location. I can't wait to return!

The room is so spacious and comfortable. I adored the bed and the shower. I had the most amazing sleep ever with the soft king size bed. Also the shower was so beautiful. I really enjoyed the amount of space for the sink, it helped set up my items. The staff were so helpful and always so kind.

The mood for this hotel is young and luxurious. I appreciated that mostly adults stayed at this hotel. A plus was that there were robots to do deliveries!

My only complaint is I don’t like that they charge your card a fee. In the case that any damages is done; they can charge the card on file. I did get a refund the next day I checked out. Another thing is that’s far from most tourists activities. So I did have to do a lot of walking when I didn’t take a taxi. Although, that isn’t something the hotel can fix. I would stay here again, the luxury I felt here was amazing!

We went on a much needed girls trip. The staff was FANTASTIC!! The women at the front desk, Shamel, Deja and Gwen were so fun, informative and helpful. ||We had a great time explaining the city. The hotel is walking distance to Madison Avenue, the Navy Pier, shopping and entertainment. ||Our valet Aubrey was so helpful and friendly as well. ||Highly recommend!!

Aubrey, Shamel, Deja and Gwen made our stay so wonderful! They were a delight every time we saw them. Great location for our itinerary. Ty had the best wine recommendation on the night we arrived. Room was clean and well kept with a rain shower.||Thank you!

This was an amazing stay, and I will definitely be staying here again! I loved the vibes of the room, and the bed was comfortable. I liked the warm lighting and the different lights I could control. As someone who gets headaches almost daily, I loved the dark colors in the room and the ambient lighting.

As a black woman, I didn't know if I would like the rainfall shower head, but it was great, and my hair didn't get wet!!! The hotel is in a great location. I also liked that there was an Alexa in the room that I could use to request for the room to be cleaned, etc. Also, when I arrived, the room smelled very clean. I always wipe everything down in hotels, but there was pretty much no need to because everything was already so clean.

The hotel is a nice hotel. The service was great. Front desk ladies were super nice. It was too dark for me, so you couldn't really see if it was dirty. The elevators were not working. Only one was operating, and that was annoying. The room was nice and big. I didn't like that there was a sound all the time coming from the heater unit. It was a "toilet not filling up correctly sound," but it wasn't coming from the room, and it was loud. During the day, it didn't bother but at night it got really annoying. Adding to that, Chicago is loud, and the people next to us were even louder. At one point, they were having a domestic, and they were hitting on the door yelling and cussing. The bed was horrible. One side was softer than the other. I was sleeping with a bented back. I had back pain for a few days. Nice location. Valet parking was $62 a night, and we went to the parking lot where they parked the valet parking and ended up paying $60 per the whole stay. $20 a day. The hotel was going to charge us almost $190 for parking. Also, the shower wasn't working correctly and was leaking. Yes, I know what they say. You should have told the hotel staff, but I hate the hustle of changing rooms and waisting time arguing. Provide better service. I added a video of the sound during the night. And shower pics.
