Arrived late but checked in online and had a room waiting for me. Staff were extremely professional and helpful. As a Titanium, I was not expecting much since I was only going to sleep, but I got access to the lounge! Tram made it possible for me sleep in a little bit longer, got me straight to the terminal. If you have a quick layover/stopover, consider this hotel. Simplifies most of your logistics. Just Excellent.

This hotel is very convenient if you’re in Houston for a short stay and need a quick place to rest or simply freshen up. The food at the restaurant is better than your average hotel. The bartenders are friendly and the hotel itself is clean and quiet given its proximity to the airport. It’s directly connected to the terminals tunnel system so it allows easy access to any airline you are flying on.

The room, like many chains, is designed in such a way that the heater/AC vent blasts directly on the desk, making it difficult to sit and work. The hotel design is also strange as we had to take an escalator down a level to get to an elevator that took us up to our room. That aside, we enjoyed the restaurant.
We both had dinner salads, which were excellent, and our server was very good. It's location is certainly convenient as it is connected to the airport by the tram.

We stayed here since we had a very early flight out the next morning. Great location. Took the tram from the terminal after dropping off the car rental. Our room was typical. Clean and great bed. Everything worked in the room. Staff we interacted with was professional and friendly. Our room had a great view of the tarmac. The restaurant / bar was a good place to unwind after a hectic day. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

The Houston Airport Marriott is a decent and convenient option if you have an overnight layover, but it's just a tad pricey in my opinion. I enjoyed the restaurant which was conveniently open until midnight. The room was nice too, especially the bed. The shower took a while to heat up and I wasn't sure how to turn on the bathroom fan or if it ever turned on automatically. You can expect a clean room and a comfortable stay, but it's a bit expensive.

Check in was a nightmare. Rooms aren’t signed correctly in the hotel so has to walk around multiple times to find my room, then the lock was not working correctly. Eventually got in. Room is fine, Marriott generic but comfortable. Everyone is very Nice but it’s all just not a great experience. Didn’t help I had to return a rental car and that entire system is totally insane. The airport is a shit show. The rental car bus stops far away from the entrance to the terminal with 3ft wide sidewalks die to construction and people jammed in both directions. Then the subway was out of order so just walked back to hotel rather than wait. All in all a bad night at every turn.

Positive: the hotel restaurant and bar were really good, yes it is crazy that the chicken fried steak is $58 but everything else was par restaurants and food was good. Room was small but it is at airport Negative: parking, $39 to self park and $41 to Valet . rented hotel to sight see but you cannot use the SKY Tram / Train to other terminals unless have an airline ticket
