We stayed at the Hyatt House Cypress/Anaheim for a few nights in August. It's a very large hotel with nice facilities and pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped but a bit dated. Our room felt a bit "damp" (maybe a dehumidifier would help) but was cleaned very well by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast is fresh with a lot of choices and the onsite laundry is also super convenient. It's a nice place to stay!

Loved our recent stay here. Location is awesome. Very nice area. Hotel was awesome. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were perfect. Breakfast is typical but there was plenty of seating and good service. Highly recommend this location.

Gilberto in the breakfast area is the kindest, hardest working man! He made our stay that much better just being there! Great food by the way. We loved the stay.

Great experience, the room was clean, it had free breakfast, while we were checking out for our flight home the front desk lady gave us a little gift bag full of puzzles and fidget toys! Very helpful employees, too, and the pool was great to swim in every night during our week stay. There was also a fire pit, which was nice because it was a place to relax and chill before going to bed. We were going to knotts berry farm, and we also went to the ocean! Great overall experience, would highly recommend

Good place to stay if you plan to spend most of the day outside.

Upon our arrival, we were notified that the pool was under repairs and management offered us a rate discount per night to compensate the late notice, plus they didnt charge us parking.

The whole staff was very nice and kind, provided us with anything we needed. Housekeeping was nicely done every other day as per hotel's policy, we didny mind.

The only flaw was the pool not being open as it is under repairs, and the rooms need to be freshened up soon.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt house and its location was very on point, easy access to all the major freeways, and attractions

Checked in at 1130 am. Room smelled terrible upon walking in. A room across the hall that was being cleaned did not have the same smell so went back to front desk to have a room change. Front desk person refused to do a room change even though we would have been happy to wait for a later check in.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room I stayed in had a strong moldy smell, poor ventilation, and felt dirty and poorly maintained. The carpet was filthy, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any rest. The sliding door didn't have a screen, which made it impossible to ventilate the room properly, and I had to sit by the door to ensure it was secure since it opened directly to the parking lot, allowing anyone to walk in. Similarly, the bedroom window lacked a screen and wouldn't open. This hotel desperately needs major renovations, at least in the room I stayed in. I’ve had excellent experiences at other Hyatt House locations, where the rooms were clean and well-maintained, but unfortunately, this was the complete opposite. I regret booking here. On the positive side, the staff was courteous and provided good customer service, but that alone isn’t enough to bring me back.

nice place. location is close to everything in the OC. Breakfast was good, although coffee should be available all day not just for breakfast and parking should be free since there is plenty of parking space. They do have on site laundry which is very helpful and there are several restaurants within walking distance.
