This is our home away from home while in Houston. The staff is amazing! The location is perfect! It is conveniently close to the Galleria and many great restaurants. If you feel like relaxing and staying in, the hotel offers some tasty dishes and not to mention a nice bar area. We feel so welcomed every time we stay here. Whether it’s business or fun, my wife and I truly enjoy our stay.

I wish I could give this place 10 out of 5 stars. They make this simple guy feel like royalty. The customer service is wonderful. I have been to other hotels that have more amenities, however, they treated me so well here that it made me just want to hang out at the hotel the entire time during my stay. Well done, Hyatt regency. Well done.

This is a great business hotel. You can even reserve a dual monitor kit for $25/day. This is a GAME CHANGER for business travel when you actually need to work after a day of meetings. I considered bringing my home set up on the road with me, and I was so excited to use this service instead of lugging equipment around. The kit is so well executed/organized and comes with everything you need. I wish more hotels offered this!

Amazing stay. I host a retreat there and me and my guest had the best stay and classes ever there. The staff were awesome across the board from check in to meeting rooms to bar, restaurant and housekeeping. The staff anticipated all of my needs and took care of them before I even had a chance to ask. I can't wait to come back a host another event there.

Had an amazing experience where the staff treated us like royalty! Everything was just perfect. We booked the Executive Suite for the misses birthday and we're more than comfortable! Very festive and luxurious feel! Looking forward to going again!

This hotel might have the best customer service staff I’ve experienced in years. Our first night my wife and I didn’t sleep well. We thought it might be the bed. Hyatt Beds are usually good so we went to the front desk and Maria and a supervisor switched our room. Problem solved. However, later that evening we returned to our room and found a bottle of champagne, a bowl or strawberries and a cheese platter with a Hand Written note from Maria saying how she wanted to make our stay more enjoyable. Wow! But wait there’s more….

the next morning we have breakfast downstairs and our server Silva was so accommodating, so friendly and even comped one of our breakfasts. Just because! Cool right? There’s more… we needed some help adjusting the dates and charges on our reservation. Luis, the front desk supervisor was fast, efficient and so helpful. Every step of the way this hotel was above and beyond. Thanks Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria. See you again soon!

Stayed here the weekend it’s a nice hotel close to a lot of attraction mall across the street. Really enjoyed Alliance the front desk clerk. The bar staff is incredible and talented and there’s a coffee breakfast shop to enjoy .. will be back the only down side is parking is valet only. Stayed on floor 14 night time view was pretty
