Our stay at the Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we checked in, we felt so welcomed, especially with the delicious chocolate gift – such a sweet touch! The breakfast was outstanding, with so many options to start the day off right. And the bed? So comfortable that I’m now on a mission to find that exact comforter online – it was that good! The entire experience was top-notch, and I can’t wait to stay here again!

Lovely hotel, first time staying. I must highlight how spacious it is, well designed and good amenities. Receptionist are super friendly and efficient. Thank you housekeeping and Security Guard Andreas for keeping my portable charger. All the best .

The hotel is very nice and room also is very nice. I feel comfortable and relaxed. I love TV. Amenities are good and perfect. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is good. The location is also good, can walk to the river, the train station and St. Paul’s Cathedral.

Stayed here for 6 nights while in London for work. Clean, spacious room and great reception staff who were very welcoming and friendly. My room was quiet but was on the side that’s literally a stone’s throw away from the negihboring office building - I could see people’s desks and probably the excel sheets on their screen if I tried. I was out of the room most of the day being at work so it was fine, but if you were here during day time, you’d always have to have curtains closed for privacy . No direct sunlight either in the room (again, not an issue for me but a consideration). It was super quiet though!

The main reason for one star off is honestly the quality of towels in the room….which sounds funny but seriously. I heard this hotel is new, but the towels felt like they’ve seen some tough years and developed exfoliating features as a result, while simultaneously still leaving lints all over my face when I use them. Confusing.

Breakfast is okay, only ate twice. But I would not pay any extra money for it. Very limited selection of basic English breakfast, and the service was subpar. Overall decent choice for a business trip, but small details made it a little disappointing.

I stayed here at Hyatt Regency Blackfriars when my cousin was visiting and the hotel was lovely. The location is great with the train/tube station across the road so we had easy travel around London when needed. The staff were so lovely and friendly, always happy to help with any problem. The rooms were nice, spacious and kept to a good standard. The restaurants in the hotel were nice, we mainly went to the Leaf & Cane and the food was delicious. The breakfast was good of what we had as not big eaters but enough to keep us going until lunch. They have a gym but didn't get a chance to use it, and I would definitely at some point love to go back for another stay.. :0)

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The beds were so comfortable, the rooms were a nice size, and the lounge amenitiies were excellent. The staff were friendly and responded quickly if we needed anything. The location is ideal. We were a 30-minute walk from all the popular sites and had a tube stop close by.

Maria made our special trip so, so wonderful! I am beyond impressed with the kindness of the staff, including Porter who helped us navigate around with our bags, and Pooja, who beautifully crafted us our morning coffees and helped us start our day right with a friendly smile. The quality of the room was also excellent, everything being relatively fresh and new. The AC worked great, and the mattress was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was highly responsive and polite, always giving a kind hello in passing.

One suggestion for the hotel would be to redo Club Lounge access so that it's not part of the City Bar. It's confusing and inconvenient to have to bother one of the staff when just needing to grab a bottle of water or make a quick tea. It would be more efficient and less troublesome to move this function back to its own dedicated space where guests with access can just pop in and out as needed.
