Worked with Cynthia on one room. She got all the measurements wrong
Never bothered to view the things beforehand and took us for granted
The room is still incomplete and looks awful with multiple sizes of tables and the sofas are completely off - some high and some low
She’s also very rude and would simply blame us for not agreeing with her
Would give 0 if I could

Big disappointment. There’s no respect for small projects

I met with Cynthia to discuss my taste and budget. She respected neither of them and proceeded to blame me for not being on the same page with her at the end of the project.
She got the measurements wrong and took no responsibility whatsoever. Additionally, she gave me a shopping list but did not make sure they were in stock or the right size/shade in the case the chandalier for that matter. She then proceeded to try to provide alternatives that did not go with the theme she was going for but just wanted to get rid of the project ASAP. My room is still incomplete months later
I would advise only to opt for this designer if you want them to manage the project and not for designing whatsoever

Cynthia and her amazing team completely designed and renovated my apartment. From the creation of 3D designs all the way through to the actual renovation itself it ran like clockwork. I cannot recommend this team enough. Almost a year on I still get loads of compliments on my place and it is all due to the outstanding job that was done . Highly recommend!
