Amazing outcome. I worked with Shawn and Nancy on putting hardwoods and railing on my stairs, catwalk, and into my family room. They were able to match the wood from my original floors and they did an excellent job. Shawn and Nancy stayed with our budget and we are very pleased. They were very professional and communicative throughout the whole job. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

We’ve worked with Sean and Nancy on two different occasions. First time was to renovate our bathroom. Sean is good at listening to your needs and making suggestions to improve on them. We are very pleased how our bathroom turned out. The process was fairly painless with a few hiccups along the way but Sean was able to work through them.
Second time, they replaced our siding, gutters, fascia and painted the window trims. Again, very easy process, all we had to do was select the colors and get HOA approval. They found 12 pieces of rotted plywood, which Sean communicated to us, they also added a vapor barrier to bring the home up to code. Both times prices were very reasonable and work was good quality. I recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their home.

Sean worked with us to pick out the best flooring for our needs, and within our budget. Shawn and Nancy are wonderful to work with. We have done about 5 jobs with them of various sizes and just recently about 2,000 square feet of hardwood floor install plus two stairways being sanded and stained to match. We are very happy with the outcome and with the progress during our planning process and the customer service we received. We had hardwood floors installed throughout our 1st floor. Sean and Nancy were very helpful in suggesting products and colors. The installation team was terrific and the floors turned out beautiful. Shawn and Nancy were recommended to me by a lot of close friends when it came time to redo my kitchen flooring they renovated our kitchen flooring, and extended our living room and now we have so much more space. Over the years I’ve had many flooring projects- I shopped around and each time always chose Interior Design Flooring. I’m not wasting time shopping around anymore! Each job was reasonably priced and professionally done. Great selection, awesome customer service - qualities that are hard to find these days- trust me, you can’t go wrong!

No customer service at all. Purchased hardwood floor and bullnoses to install hardwood in a 3 level home. Felt short of one bullnose and the night mare to order another one is simply crazy. There is no consistency in this place, every time you talk to Shawn or Nancy they will tell you a different story. First they made me signed a contract for $98 to purchase one piece of bullnose, secondly they refuse to accept a card payment, Nancy says their machine does not works well and I need to pay with a check. Shawn claim they don't accept debit cards payment over the phone. Which reason is the right one, who knows... I don't use paper checks and don't want to go trough the hassle to order them if I don't need them. I understand that they will not desire to process credit card payment to avoid a convenience fee, which is also extremely odd. Even cleaning companies process credit cards over $10. In century 21 for a business to say we don't accept card payments, only checks is very weird and odd. The interesting thing is that when I made the large purchase they were interested in me as client and they did not have this policy in place. I perfectly paid with a credit card at that time. However because my purchase is so small Shawn the owner does not care about, he simply hang up on me when I complained about the whole situation. Lastly the hardwood material is average, you could find better quality at the priced we purchased.
Just be aware, I don't typically write any reviews good or bad but could not pass by this.
