Interiors By Design Gallery have been great to work with. I’ve used them for my business and my home. They were able to understand and materialize my vision beautifully. I had an excellent experience with Interiors by Design Gallery. Their customer service was outstanding, and their pricing was very competitive. Ashley and Sue were both incredibly easy to work with, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Do NOT use Interiors by Design Gallery!

Further reasons to not use Design Gallery...in the process of them finishing our basement, the stairwell carpet was completely ruined. We had to have it replaced at our own expense. We requested the carpet from DG and they informed us they would not be willing to do any additional work on our home.

When we requested the color from our designer, Erika, she told us the WRONG color. Now we have mismatching carpet colors in the transition from the stairwell to the basement.

This company cannot be trusted and will do everything they can to blame the subcontractors and/or builder without taking any responsibility for their own mistakes.

They hired me to do a job for them over four months ago. They still haven’t paid for the work they hired me to do. Owner refuses to return my calls.
Very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend.
