I recently had dinner on my birthday at The Chinoiserie, and it was an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere was perfect—elegant yet inviting, setting the tone for a wonderful evening. Ayoub, our waiter, was fantastic. He looked after us all night, making sure everything was perfect. He was super attentive, friendly, and even helped capture some great moments as a talented photographer!||The food was outstanding from start to finish. Every dish, from the appetizers to the main course, was full of flavor and beautifully presented. As a special surprise, I was treated to a delicious birthday cake, which made the evening even more memorable.||I’m already looking forward to my next birthday dinner here—I will definitely be back! Highly recommended for any special occasion.

This hotel was in a perfect location for exploring London. We were able to walk almost everywhere with excellent directions being provided by the Concierge. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and we enjoyed our breakfasts at La Maison Ani, special thanks to Luis for the excellent service. There were a lot of roadworks going on while we were there – but hopefully these will be finished by now. We were disappointed that the tennis court was being resurfaced and we were unable to enjoy this facility but the Peak Fitness Club facilities were fantastic and never felt crowded. We were disappointed in the food at the Chinoiserie but there are plenty of good options close to the hotel.

My stay at Jumeirah Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, and that’s all thanks to the amazing housekeeping staff. They’re truly remarkable and manage everything so well—my room was always immaculate.

The hotel's facilities are top-notch, and the location is perfect, with easy access to Harrods and many other great places. The reception staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I honestly can't imagine myself staying at any other hotel in London. Jumeirah Hotel will always be my first choice!

One minor point is that the food in the room service could be improved, but it was still okay and not considered bad.

I had the most amazing stay at the Jumeirah! The service was the best service I’ve ever received during a hotel stay. They even made me custom slippers with my initials on it and got me chamomile tea with the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had! Everyone at this hotel is so kind and understanding of their guests. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for the amazing experience and the wonderful stay! ❤️❤️

We visited Jumeirah for their famous Parisian hot cholocate. The hotel was very lavish. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were polite and attentive. The hot chocolate experience cost £18 per person with additional extras at £3 per item. The hot chocolate tasted great and was very luxurious. However, it was very rich, and we only managed to drink 1 cup each between us. We had one pot each. I'd definitely recommend one pot between two people. If the hotel allows this. I'd definitely recommend visiting. The experience was great.
